八百的多的酒店…床品是破的…老闆告訴我 如果床單有任何一樣絕對棄用…結果呢？所言虛假…後來通過平台退了後一晚的…連床品都是破的，別的能好？那就展開説説… 衞生：一言難盡！床品破的，整屋黴舊味濃郁，蟑螂就不用説了，畢竟也算是常駐用户… 環境：二樓上去有兩件旗袍，可把人嚇壞了…整個設施都像是二手傢俱市場淘來的舊傢俱拼湊起來的，導致除了舊衹有舊…和質感對山相望，主打一個毫無關係… 服務：老闆滿嘴假話，不予評論。 設施： 浴室：蓬頭很好玩，洗澡的時候會點頭向你問好！主要是設施老舊壞損！（主打一個客人需要手拿，訓練咱們一個單手作業能力）接下來還有個重點：洗臉盆和龍頭間距簡直是二婚，主打一個你不配合我，我懶得服從你…龍頭平行向外延伸過長，洗手枱尺寸太小，洗漱衹能在側面，而不是真前方…不過沒關係，老闆大概的想法是，給你點水也是一種愛…別在意怎麼使用… 洗漱產品：浴巾？客人還能有浴巾嗎？想什麼呢？一次性超薄浴巾給你安排上，主打一個半濕半乾的人體體驗…另外洗漱產品很低廉。其次，拖鞋怎麼説呢，老闆可能是希望客人能真實的感受到老地板的肌理（凹凸不平），來個緊密接觸…薄到一毫米也是一種功力！ 廚房：蟑螂偶爾來串門陪伴，畢竟一個人吃飯的話會孤獨…廚房的洗水槽有一大撮頭髮！！！！怎麼説呢，老闆估計有做醫生的經歷，擅長催吐… 燈光：全燈光設計也簡直了，偶爾的頂射燈會讓客人們瞭解醜沒關係，出來嚇人不行！ 沙發：都説是舊貨市場的，咱能説啥？臭是它的底色… 從客廳到最外面有空調外機，近出門呼呼的吹，夏天的温暖，老闆全到位！ 總結：有這個錢杭州哪裡不行？為什麼要遭這份罪？前人之路可做檢驗…我終於明白前一個客人給這個酒店寫差評是什麼體驗了…開始看到我就問過老闆，為什麼會有這麼差的評論，老闆把責任全推給了客人，我以為可能有什麼誤會，選擇相信了老闆…事實上信任有時候不能隨便給，打臉來得太快！！！ 老闆吹噓很多人來住了都來討教他的設計理念，我第一想法就是，這裏的設計也需要討教嗎？是那些人太無知，還是老闆太自大？哪裡來的設計感？衹有一股子欺騙感！ 行了…就寫到這兒了…錢也花了 罪也受了…該長記性了！

意外撿漏的一家特色民宿，地段就在網紅大馬弄的巷子裏，周邊離杭州居民區很近，逛逛買東西吃飯都非常方便，【燕春裏】印象最深的是民國石庫門建築羣。跟房東聊起才知道這裏的房子是上世紀二十年代的建築，目前已是國家歷史保護建築。 民宿整改的非常棒，層高基本在4米往上，這價格這地段絕對算得上是良心了。入住後還在無數的細節上都看得出房東靜心設計改造的痕跡 房東人也很非常好，雖然沒見過麪但全程無微不至的入住指引，密碼入住讓我可以假裝是這房子的女主人一般【回家】，偶爾還可以拿水桶在門口的水井裡打起童年的那份清涼！

朋友推薦的，一開始還比較擔心這裡有比較嘈雜，穿過熙熙攘攘的大馬弄，突然走進一個鬧中取靜的小道，找到了民宿的位置，一進門太喜歡了，民國復古風的設計風格，處處瀰漫著懷舊的氣息，彷彿自己就是房子的主人，就差個貼身丫鬟了😜河坊街也比較近，逛吃逛吃，有機會還會去住

這個老房子改造成民國風，很不錯耶，房東連會員都開好了，不錯👍
