Good location when you work in the arts campus. Rooms are very clean but the carpet smells bad (feet). The breakfast is not very good. No western food, there was not even coffee. The staff is very nice.

浴巾能再破點嗎！入住這麼多的維也納，就這家浴巾是破這麼多洞的。隔音很差，早晨走廊上很吵，都是關門聲，説話聲

裝修有點舊，總體算是能住，，對比其他地方的維也納有一點點差距，孩子不是很喜歡維也納，主要裏面油畫他覺得有些害怕，應該是密室玩多了😀

必須要給差評！這是我住過最差的維也納酒店！我一共入住兩天，房間並未打掃，我特地去前台提醒要求打掃——無果。連紙巾，水，都沒有換新。我點了多次外賣，每一次外賣到了還需要打電話給前台確認，機器人才能送上來，很不靈活，但 ok 還能接受。但我打了電話，我的外賣還是沒有送上來，並在樓下放了一夜……前台的工作人員難道一夜都注意不到嗎？？？？？？你們的工作是有多死板。
次日我退房向前台投訴，説到水也沒有給，她説同事説過，我昨天下午找他們已經要了😂這倒是記得一清二楚！我下樓提醒他們搞衞生+拿水，搞衞生是一點不記得，拿了兩瓶水卻好難忘……前台服務員説現在會通知搞衞生的阿姨，但我現在退房了，還不搞下一位客人也無法入住了😅

熱水ok，房間還算乾淨，但是好像不吸地。停車方便，吃飯也方便，交通也方便。週末晚上樓上或樓下的卡啦ok能聽到。

來杭州看煙花，入住的維也納國際酒店，真的非常愜意。酒店離宋城很近，房間非常乾淨，床墊和枕頭都非常舒服，最滿意的還得是酒店提供的早餐還有前台客房大姐的服務，有很貼心哦。
