Good location when you work in the arts campus. Rooms are very clean but the carpet smells bad (feet). The breakfast is not very good. No western food, there was not even coffee. The staff is very nice.

Must give bad reviews! This is the worst hotel in Vienna I have ever stayed in! I stayed for a total of two days, and the room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning - to no avail. Even paper towels and water were not replaced. I have ordered takeaway many times, and every time the takeaway arrives, I need to call the front desk to confirm before the robot can deliver it. It is very inflexible, but ok is acceptable. But I called, and my takeaway still didn't come up, and it was left downstairs overnight... Couldn't the front desk staff notice it all night? ? ? ? ? ? How rigid your work is.
The next day I checked out and complained to the front desk. When it came to water, she said that my colleague had told me that I asked them for it yesterday afternoon 😂 I remembered it clearly! I went downstairs to remind them to do sanitation + get water. I don’t remember doing sanitation at all, but I can’t remember taking two bottles of water... The front desk clerk said that I will notify the aunt who does sanitation now, but I have checked out now, so I still don’t do it One guest can't check in either 😅
