Excellent hotel, for many years I have been staying in this hotel visiting Hangzhou. Always clean in the room, good breakfast, special thanks to the staff, very pleasant service. I consider the location of the hotel to be a big plus, near the hotel there are pharmacies, coffee shops, a bus stop, parking near the hotel. Within walking distance there are shopping centers, a park, a museum, a shopping street (it will be interesting for lovers of vintage goods). It was a wonderful weekend in Hangzhou, I will definitely come back to this hotel.

I stay 2 adults with a 16 year old kid. The room is clean and everything is perfect. The hotel is a bit far from market area, but there are a lot of bicycle for rent around hotel, which I could take to anywhere I wantl. I is fun to cycle than to stay near market. The breakfast is very good. The canel beside hotel is beautiful. I like this place.

It’s not the first time when I stay at this hotel. As always everything was perfect!
Very clean rooms, nice facilities, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast!

Great hotel, tasty breakfast, perfect location (very close to the central) , clean room, amazing service from MrWang! I totally recommend and will definitely come back at my next visit to Hangzhou :)

Very nice and clean hotel. Room is spacious. Breakfast is great. I love the dry noodle they provided. The best noodles I ever had in China! Lol The location is great. Staff is friendly. One of them can speak English. Bathroom and shower shared the same door and it is open at the top. Felt is is a bit weird, but we find it funny.
Highly recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing experience at EBO Hotel during my recent trip to Hangzhou. The location is incredibly convenient, close to popular attractions, shopping areas, and public transport. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very well-maintained.
The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality amenities and a very comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the smart features and attention to detail in the room setup.
Staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and any requests were handled promptly with a smile.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of local and international options—everything was fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and beautiful design of the hotel’s common areas.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Hangzhou!

Awesome hotel. Very pretty and comfortable hotel. Room was big and spacious. Location is centralized and convenient for commute to major tourist attraction. Breakfast was great. My only complain was the laundry area at the rooftop garden. You can only use the washing machines during designated hours (day time) as the use of washing machines at night would disturb the guest staying below the rooftop garden. This was not stated under the property's listing. The plus point however, was they had a sheltered outdoor area to hang and dry your clothes, just had to use the hangers from the room which had labels on them.
