Everything was great with this place. Had a wonderful experience with friendly management team on site. The location was perfect in terms of good proximity to few destinations. Will come back again for next visit

Great location. Short walk to Qinghefang- tourist attraction. The Didi/taxis can’t drive right up to the hotel since it is on the old part of the street. If you follow the address supplied on trip.com, you will need to ask the person sitting near the gate/taxi driver which side/direction of the street you need to walk towards to find the hotel. Laundry service is available and free of charge. It isn’t self service, you will need to drop it off at the front desk and they drop the clothes back into your room. They limit the amount you wash each day. We traveled as a family during the peak of summer so went through a lot of clothes quickly but it is not a big factor for us.

Very good location near the lake.
The room was very big and the hotel is so beautiful, with traditional and modern architecture.
I broke my bag on my way to the hotel, the staff immediately helped me to fix it. Very gentle people and clean hotel.

Super nice hotel: highly recommended!
My first room smelt enough cigarette, so I've been upgraded to a non smoking room for free.

Hotel is located right in the middle of Hefang traditional lane (tourist attraction). Very convenient as it's nearby to Xihu lake too, staff are very friendly. The amenities they use are all high quality, toilet has bidet! The bed was very comfortable and pillows are nice too, they all smell good and no weird smell. We went on summer and it was scorching hot, staff let us stay a bit longer to rest a bit more. Thankyou Qiupai hotel! It was a nice stay
