Room for smoking smell though is stated as non smoking rm. Provide free washing machine and dryer but the dryer cannot full dry the clothings at all, no heat only air. Generally is still good.

Huge room. Very quiet. Very clean, modern looking brand new hotel. Take me a while to find the location of hotel. Go towards the WEST side of train station and look for Lift number 19.

Really good location for people looking to take the train early in the morning. It’s located in the train station itself. But poor sound proofing and no windows

The hotel is located strategically inside hang zhou east station so is a great option for those need to travel to other areas daily. We love the free breakfast and free laundry room which allow us to wash our clothes after a long travelling period.

Located right inside Hangzhou east station. Floor B1 next to elevator 19. Nearby also have 7/11 and Chagee. Hotel room is nice and staffs are helpful. Very recommended if you stopover at Hangzhou by train.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The place looks modern, and they have a self-laundry, which is very convenient. It’s right at Hangzhou East Railway Station and near the metro, so very easy to get around. Just head to the west entrance, walk until you see the 7-11, and you’ll spot the hotel sign—just turn left there. The reception staff are also very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in Hangzhou East Railway. Directions: head towards West side of the station, the inn entrance is conveniently located beside the 7-11(Exit 19). Ideal for travelling to attractions via the metee. Rooms are spacious and clean, washing machine and dryers are available for use. Check in and out was a breeze as well.
