The hotel does not have a robot to pick up the takeaway, so I have to go to the lobby. So I wanted the front desk to apply for an extra room card. It’s not too much, but they kept shirking their responsibilities. Sometimes they said there was no such rule, and sometimes they said there was no card. Finally, after a long negotiation, it was done, but they were still very unhappy. In the end, they said that I had to pay 20 for the lost card. I was so angry that I almost laughed. There was nothing I could do but to bring my child here for the exam and there was no time to change it. I had already turned around and left. It was shameful that a hotel near a university had such service. What's more amazing is that when the lobby manager appeared, the two receptionists suddenly smiled again. That's great. It seems that next time I go, I can just go find the manager to check in. I originally booked for two days and checked out the next day. If you can't afford to offend me, you can afford to avoid me. When I checked out the next day, I reported the situation to the manager. The manager's attitude was very good. He apologized and gave me a small gift. I wanted to keep my mouth shut and not comment on her, but I felt that I had to report the situation truthfully, at least to prevent this kind of situation from happening again in the future. I told him to take care of himself! The breakfast was ok, that's the only good thing!
