Hangzhou West Pearl Hotel

The hotel's location and breakfast are OK, but the management is still lacking. We booked a superior twin room on Ctrip. When we arrived at the hotel, they upgraded us to a triple bed and provided free breakfast. However, when we looked at the room later, we found that our bed was a temporary extra bed. The experience was not good and the cleaning was also rough.

I have booked hotels on Ctrip for so many years, but this is the first time I have encountered such a bad one. It is simply a disaster. As a hotel, it cannot even meet the most basic living conditions. There is a video to prove it. The room is leaking. There is an overpass outside the window, and large trucks rumble at night. It is simply a joke. I called the front desk with the room phone, but no one answered. I had no choice but to find the phone on Ctrip and call it with my mobile phone. Someone answered, haha, it's amazing. In the end, it was not solved. They said it would be solved during the day. In fact, I was very angry when I checked in during the day. The front desk staff had a stern face during the check-in process and became impatient after asking a few questions. The hotel does not have a robot to pick up the takeaway, so I have to go to the lobby. So I wanted the front desk to apply for an extra room card. It’s not too much, but they kept shirking their responsibilities. Sometimes they said there was no such rule, and sometimes they said there was no card. Finally, after a long negotiation, it was done, but they were still very unhappy. In the end, they said that I had to pay 20 for the lost card. I was so angry that I almost laughed. There was nothing I could do but to bring my child here for the exam and there was no time to change it. I had already turned around and left. It was shameful that a hotel near a university had such service. What's more amazing is that when the lobby manager appeared, the two receptionists suddenly smiled again. That's great. It seems that next time I go, I can just go find the manager to check in. I originally booked for two days and checked out the next day. If you can't afford to offend me, you can afford to avoid me. When I checked out the next day, I reported the situation to the manager. The manager's attitude was very good. He apologized and gave me a small gift. I wanted to keep my mouth shut and not comment on her, but I felt that I had to report the situation truthfully, at least to prevent this kind of situation from happening again in the future. I told him to take care of himself! The breakfast was ok, that's the only good thing!

The hotel is two bus stops away from Songcheng Scenic Area. It is very convenient for travel. The room is really large, clean and tidy. It is the best choice for traveling to Songcheng Scenic Area! The children like the tent in the parent-child room very much!

Room: Very large, with good facilities; the corridor is very spacious Breakfast: There are too few varieties, nothing...the noodles have no toppings, the service is very poor, the employees feel very loose, and they don't look like they are in the service industry at all Hygiene: It's okay, that is, changing sheets and quilts, only one bed was changed, and no supplies were provided, such as children's toothbrushes, slippers, cotton swabs, etc. Front desk service: There is no delivery robot... and the front desk does not provide delivery; now the Three Diamond Hotel has robots; you still have to pick up the takeout yourself Suggestion: The boss should recruit a store manager to make adjustments. Don’t let down the hardware conditions...

The room is very clean and feels new. Parking is very convenient. There is an independent underground parking lot. The service is very considerate and free fruits are provided. The transportation is convenient. I will stay here again next time.
