The stopper of the wash basin was not easy to press. I finally lifted it up but didn't call the service staff. When I took a shower, I found that there were two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. It should be that the housekeeper put it in the wrong place. Fortunately, the attitude of admitting the mistake was very good. When I checked out, I was given a drink as a gift. The service attitude was still very good, and they also helped us solve the problems left by the guests attentively.

The exterior of this hotel looks quite high-end. The entire hotel is equipped with smart robots for delivering food, and the brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The hotel was located close to the airport so it was convenient for me to spend one night there after arriving in Hangzhou at around 11 o'clock. However, the room that was provided to me had a fishy smell coming from the bathroom which was slightly displeasing. But overall everything else seemed to be fine and i was able to sleep well during the entire night as the bed was comfortable.

The room is not big, but there are some, the key bath water is very hot and not small. We stayed for 4 nights, and every afternoon we had cleaning to clean the room. After a day of playing, the room was clean and tidy, and the mood would be better. The hotel goes out and turns right for tens of meters. There is an elephant city commercial body. Supermarkets, Hema, Haidilao, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonald's, Overlord Tea Ji have everything, and there is a pharmacy, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. Of course, the location of the hotel should be a little bit biased. If you go to the West Lake Longxiang Bridge, you have to pour 3 subways, but it is only 6 stations, which is acceptable. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, and it will be more convenient to take the bus to the scenic spot.
