Good location near major site of tourism like Su Di, Bai Di, Yufei Temple…. Convenient transport. Good view of West lake in my floor (6 floor) including Su Di, very warm in winter time. Good and warm service. Good breakfast.

The staff is very friendly, the place is neat, quiet and comfortable. we have enjoyed our stay much so over last 9 days. Highly recommend 👍👍👍

The hotel is very nice and clean and modern. The grounds are very well kept and there are many private walkways. We stayed at building 2 which is the latest and newest building but we found building 8 which js attached to the main lobby very similar. The breakfast is amazing and a not to be missed. It is connect to the west lake so it’s super easy to just walk around.

Room: Courtyard Garden View King Room, TV, toilet, stereo, etc. are not smart devices, you can feel the sense of age, but the furniture and decorations in the house are of high quality, classic style, and can withstand the erosion of time. Open the door to the courtyard, the fragrance of plants, soil mixed with dew hits you in the face, instantly bringing the spring scenery of the garden into the house. Catering: The hotel is equipped with two restaurants, ”Jinsha Hall” and ”WL BISTRO”. The products and services are very good, and the whole family loves to eat ~ buffet breakfast cold cuts, Chinese food, salads, various homemade sauces. • It makes people want to grow another stomach. The breakfast restaurant is surrounded by vegetation on three sides. Enjoy the food in the green eyes~ Special activities: West Lake cruise afternoon tea, book with the hotel in advance, depart from the hotel's private dock on time, there are few ships coming and going, the vegetation on the lakeside is staggered, and you can see the leisurely wild ducks, mandarin ducks, cormorants, PT and other ”guests” when you look up and down. A very satisfying stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is as beautiful as a painting. The Jiangnan style is full of elegance. The room is luxurious and attentive. The service was very considerate. I was very impressed. Because I was traveling with three elderly people, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It’s very comfortable and the photos are great. If you have the chance, you’ll want to experience other hotels under the Banyan Tree umbrella.

Loved everything about this place. We came for a two night staycation and it was a fabulous get away from the city. The grounds are fantastic - there are peacocks, black swans, huge koi, a natural lake, two swimming pools (one outside particularly impressive), kids playground, indoor children’s room for little children, well equipped gym. The room was really spacious with large swivel tv, Marshall Blu tooth speaker, nespresso machine and Artelier Cologne shower gel/shampoo/body lotion/conditioner and soap. The breakfast room has lovely comfy sofas as well as tables. Breakfast was good and we spent a long time in the mornings just enjoying a long leisurely breakfast looking out at the garden. The attention to detail was superb, little extra goodies and just a general feeling that it was a cared—about place. Service was great, friendly and helpful but equally un-intrusive. This was such a nice experience as I’ve previously booked weekends away in China at big brand hotels and been really disappointed so I was apprehensive. Rose Garden Resort did not disappoint, we felt it was like being in a European boutique style hotel. It was so refreshing. We were here when it was wet and cold and we still enjoyed it - relaxing with books and at the indoor pool. We popped out into Hangzhou for dinner using DiDi which was easy enough. Highly recommended, we will be back again!

Aman in Hangzhou is the perfect staycation destination. The environment is calming and beautiful, relaxing and natural. The staff and service at Amanfayun is probably the best second only to the hotel grounds itself. The room was beautiful and had probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the room becomes completely pitch black and the bed is super comfortable. The spa was unreal, with an ensuite for every service (1 or 2 people). The spa is located next to the pool which had to be my favorite thing about staying there - the afternoon tea by the pool was amazing, delicious, and so cute. It wasn’t hard to feel comfortable or communicate because the majority of staff speaks English. The hotel has 6 places to eat, but I will say as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was a little hard to find options at the hotel but super easy to order food in! If you do eat meat, no problem, there are many options. Definitely recommend Amanfayun to anyone but especially anyone looking for a weekend away with family, a friend, or a loved one. Thanks Aman!

We went to this hotel for a short holiday and it’s been the most amazing experience! When we got there the staff attended us in perfect fluent English! We got an upgrade to a better room due to the construction site nearby but honestly the noise wasn’t even noticeable. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a long time huge variety of stuff western food, fresh juices, cereals, english breakfast, all kinds of dumplings… The leisure area is beautiful we played tennis and the coach was genuinely kind and we are still in touch with him, became our friend! Hahaha really nice sauna, steam room, awesome swimming pool, quiet gym… really really nice. And it’s got a Starbucks inside of the hotel… + great attraction the surrounding area. I absolutely recommend this place for foreigners and locals.

Huajia Villa has a profound heritage, including a stone carving of Mr. Dongpo and a handwritten inscription by Mr. Jin Yong👍The accommodation environment has a grand lobby, the rooms are clean and have a cultural atmosphere. The natural environment of the Villa is beautiful, the breakfast is rich, the lunch is delicious, and the butler Liu Yinyong provides meticulous service👍 The photographer Lego was professional and serious, and he took beautiful photos of me👍Although we only stayed for one night, we left wonderful memories here.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well maintained and it was lovely sitting on the small balcony sofa enjoying the fresh spring air. We took full advantage of the executive lounge which was a little small compared to other hotels I've stayed in, it was also a little noisy with some guests watching videos on their phones without earphones. The lounge itself was nice enough with the option of sitting outside on the small balcony. We also spent a long time at the pool which was rather cold, but indoor pools in China never seem to be heated adequately. The spa facilities were nice with a warm plunge pool and sauna. Overall a really pleased stay nestled on the edge of Xixi wetlands. The ambience of the hotel was warm and welcoming, the decor is lovely. A really nice and relaxing stay.
