The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and casual, with good supporting facilities and complete toiletries. Disposable slippers and even makeup remover are provided. There are also many free daily necessities in the lobby, as well as red date and wolfberry tea for drinking, and dining on the eighth floor. Convenient, a heart-warming late-night snack. The location around the hotel is very good. It is convenient to travel and is relatively close to the West Lake. The butler service, Ms. Xiao Feng, is super friendly. Because I arrived late, she took the initiative to call me in advance to help me arrange a room. I asked any questions during my stay. Answer, we are satisfied with the service provided. the aircon in our room was very warm during our stay. we called the hotel reception to fix it but they cannot do anything about it as its centrally controlled. otherwise location is good and convenient as it is located near the subway station. staff are helpful and friendly but I really cannot stand the warm temperature in the room. I will not come back again as my sleep was disrupted by the warm temperature every night.

Hotel is located at 体育场路, it has a passage way for drop off which is a plus point for us as we need not soak in the rain while transporting our luggage. The hotel has a small gym room which is great. We could burn the extra fat after some Hangzhou food delicacies. Everything is excellent except the cleanliness of the hotel room. First and foremost, there is a huge urine smell in the dry toilet area. We have requested for the cleaning lady to help to get rid & clean the toilet however no action has been taken. Then we noticed the bed we slept in actually has bed bugs. We have super sensitive skins (u may refer to the pic attached), we woke up at 1.30am to apply ointment due to itchiness :(

I had a great experience in this hotel. The location was convenient and it was easy to travel to different parts of the city. The staff members were also nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and it was clear that they were looking out for the best interest of the customer. They even went out of their way to help me find my lost take out delivery! I loved the bath tub in the room and really was able to relax. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hangzhou.

Hotel is clean and near to Westlake scenic spot. Upon arrival, we got complimentary drinks and snacks at the dining room which located next to hotel lobby. Hotel do provide washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is pretty good with many varieties and the dining area is pretty clean and cozy to kick start our day great. Toilet room and shower room are separately build, but both room shared the same door which mean that you can only close one room with door at one time. Overall it is a very nice hotel and definitely will going back!

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

Stayed in the family room in March 2024, clean and tidy. The kids loved it. Walking out is the snack street and there are many shops, making it very convenient to buy food. 2 bathrooms and a separate bathtub, which is great for us. It is recommended to stay here if you are visiting Hangzhou. Attached is the West Lake sightseeing bus route. The hotel is close to the Children's Palace (Broken Bridge)

設施：有機器人送外賣 衞生：衞生還可以，第一間房安全鎖不太好使，換了一間房，換的這間挨着床的牆壁略臟，用東北話説有鼻涕嘎😅還有些印記，除去這點整體不錯，衞生間床都不錯，整體感覺還不錯 環境：離地鐵站不遠，但是感覺好多地方是需要坐公交的，想來的小夥伴可以搜搜自己想去的地方公交方便不 服務：服務不錯，每個小姑娘態度都超好，問景點之類的都很熱情，有個小夥子稍微差一點點 綜合考慮，對比價錢感覺挺直了

This hotel is not far from the West Lake. It is on the 18th floor of a building. There are security gates for entry and exit. When you go out, turn left, then turn right and walk 50 meters past the door to the subway entrance. You can take the subway to the airport, train station, Wulin Square, The Olympic Sports Center and other places are very convenient; when you go out, turn right and walk 200 meters to take the bus, which will take you to the broken bridge of the West Lake in 3 stops. Although the family room is not big, it has a relatively large bed and a medium bed. The room can accommodate 3 large suitcases, and the hygiene is acceptable. The decoration of the room is relatively simple, so it is economical. The bathroom is very small, and there is no bathroom curtain in the shower room. There are water stains everywhere in the bathroom after taking a bath, and drainage is difficult. You have to borrow a mop to clean up the water after each bath, which is a bad experience for the guests. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic.

I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered this hotel. The check-in was very considerate and a small travel guide map was provided. It is very convenient for friends who come to Hangzhou for the first time. The hotel is in a good location and the air conditioner in the room is easy to use. High praise! Highly recommended~😆👍🏻
