, I brought my parents to Hangzhou and chose this newly opened hotel. It has an excellent location, 2 kilometers away from the West Lake and very close to the subway station. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are fully functional. Especially the environment is very good, the hair dryer is a Dyson [strong] electric curtain and the light control is reasonable and smooth. I am very satisfied with my stay. The room is clean and the environment is very satisfactory. The breakfast is delicious. Hu Min in the front office is very enthusiastic and gave me a free delay to check out until 2 o'clock. The young man's service is very good and the hotel is also very good.

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

The hotel is nicely decorated. I initially booked one night. Despite some minor problems I had the first night I decided to stay an extra night. I called the front desk and asked whether shifting rooms who be beneficial and the front desk staff are very helpful and considerate. She immediately escorted me to another room for inspection. The rooms in this hotel are clean and well equipped with basic necessities plus some thoughtful extras like loofah, longjing tea leaves, beer, coke, juice, soda water, and chips in minibar. Location is not too bad. Great staff Nice hotel. Very pleasant experience.

This was my second time coming here. A group of us travelled to Hangzhou to celebrate my friends birthday. The guest manager and Damon on the front desk were very helpful when organise a cake and some decorations to make sure the room was personal. They also gave us a free upgrade and free VIP to celebrate the birthday thank you so much. The service at the gym was amazing Christiana speaks good English and he explained how the gym and swi***ool service works. The gym has a lot of equipment and the swimming pool is at the right temperature. The breakfast has a variety of both English and Chinese food and it's a good spread. We loved our stay at JW Marriott. Lastly, I would like to thank the concierge Albert he was so helpful he helped us with our takeaway food and also explained to our taxi driver the directions. He was polite and offered us masks before our travel this is a true example of excellent service thank you Albert you should be in management.

I regret it. I booked a family suite and a twin room. When I arrived at the store at 3 o'clock, I was informed that the family room hadn't been cleaned. The hotel is very small, it was opened up in the residential buildings, the building is old, there is no air conditioner in the corridor and it is very hot. The room was ok no surprises or surprises. The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.
