Nice clean hotel with a good breakfast. Not much to see, do or eat in the surrounding area. Taxi ride to West Lake. A bit more English would be good at the front desk reception, especially with the Asian Games due to be held in the area come September 2022.

This is a wonderful hotel with a service at the front desk that goes beyond what they usually do. The lady in the front desk even walked us outside to provide us with directions. There's also free parking lot for guests. The room is comfortable and spacious. The WiFi is REALLY good! The breakfast is also great, and has good coffee. There's a coffee shop (expensive) that we didn't find it too charming. There is a mall nearby with plenty of restaurants, and you can stroll in the nearby area visiting the river banks, and also the science museum. Just a suggestion, they could place a small fridge in the room to have cold drinks, specially in summer.

I came here to find a hotel near the company on a business trip. I was very pleasantly surprised. The location is very good. There are many places to eat around. The transportation is convenient. The accommodation room is large and clean. The breakfast is also very complete and tastes very good. From now on, my home will be your home when traveling on business!

I give full mark on the service because the front desk allow us to check in early. Location is good, the Asia Game stadium and riverside walk is within walking distance. Going around town and tourist spots like west lake is within 30min by DiDi. Only dissatisfaction I got with this hotel is the gym. I understand not every hotel gym come with weight machines, but can you at least make sure the dumb bells set is a complete with full range of weight, not just 4, 10, 14, 18, 22kg.

The hotel is in a very central location and the transportation is very convenient. The Avenue of Stars Plaza is just downstairs. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service is very good. They also upgraded my room for free. The cleaning lady is also very nice. Good night desserts are also provided. The location is in the center of the business district, very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.

I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time that there are special children's slippers and toothbrushes. The breakfast is buffet style, the variety is OK, but there are many people eating, so it is a bit crowded.
