I never expected this hotel to be superb in terms of interiors, cleanliness and even good service by the staff because the rate is so cheap, aprons ¥200+, but to surprise, this is very cozy and stylish room which plays music once you enter the room and it’s really comfortable to sleep on the beds and stay in the room. I will definitely book here again and choose t to his next time. Affordable and very comfortable. The only improvement is that they don’t provide breakfast. But I would rate this hotel an 8/10. Thanks.

I have been to this apartment several times and I am really satisfied! ! ! Conscience recommendation is very good for short-term or long-term rentals. The price is also very good. There is a washing machine. The laundry is really super convenient and the table is also very big. There is a sofa and a refrigerator. The most important thing is that there is a projector! ! ! ! This price can also enjoy the projection is really the ceiling level of the apartment.

The hotel is located close enough to the sanyauli metro station. The staff are friendly and very helpful plus they offer a good enough breakfast. It's central to many local restaurants and there is a massage SPA next to the hotel.

The room is clean and bright, and you can see the West Lake from the room. The hotel staff is super nice, they upgraded the room for me. I was going to take the high-speed rail in the afternoon, so I didn't have time to have afternoon tea. They packed it up for me to eat on the way. I originally booked for two days, and I was satisfied with the stay, so I extended it for another day. The hotel is also convenient for transportation. You can take the bus, subway, or taxi, and it's very fast. There is a shopping mall downstairs, so you can go shopping.

Staff provided best customer service and beyond. Room has automated curtain and blinds switches. Welcome drinks stocked up in the fridge. Polite staff and near to Lawson convenience store plus good choice of local eateries.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

The front desk check in was smooth and yes they speak English , the room service lady was very enthusiastic and generous, its next to the subway which is very convenient, the breakfast is both Chinese and western there are a lot of choices to have
