It has been a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is clean, spacious and has a really good view across the river. The night scene is great and we get to stroll along the river just across the road. Nicole, Kylo and George have been very helpful during our stay here. They have assisted us in every way we needed cos it was our first time here and we didn’t know how to go about it. Overall it was a great stay! Will definitely come back to this hotel again if I were to visit Hangzhou again.

Every time I go out with friends, I will choose this hotel. The location is very good. There is a shopping mall downstairs and there are many shopping malls nearby. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. I went to the lobby bar with my friends on New Year's Eve. There was a buffet of drinks and a Filipino band singing. Special thanks to George Liu in the lobby bar. He was very enthusiastic and attentive, and the service was very good. He even served every table at 0 o'clock. Happy New Year! ! !

I came to Hangzhou on a business trip and stayed at the newly opened Crowne Plaza this time. The New Year decoration is quite atmospheric. The hotel is in a very good location, with Metro Line 9 nearby. It is very convenient to travel. Tina and jevon at the front desk upgraded me We got a room and it was very clean. When we checked out, Kevin brought us a small gift and helped us get the license plate to like it! ! !

If you’re planning to go here make sure you get tested in Hangzhou because the test in your city won’t count👎 the swimming pool opens late and closes early 👎 (Positive—review) the hotel was clean and we did some water activities which was amazing and the prices are pretty reasonable 👍 the hotel service is ok but they could be better! We had dinner at a western restaurant; their service is a 10/10 very friendly manager🫶🏼 Oh let me not forget the view 👌🤌❤️ to die for 🤞

We had an amazing stay with my girls. The front desk was very helpful, their breakfast is so amazing. However we visited in winter their swimming pool was very cold it not hearted. I would definitely recommend Crown Plaza Hangzhou. It great location with malls around where you find anything and everything you need.
