A great check-in experience, the floor heating and air conditioning in the room will be turned on in advance, and the housekeeper will report the license plate early. There are welcome fruits when entering the room, free drinks in the mini bar, and a choice of pasta/wontons can be delivered to the room for enjoyment the next morning. The courtyard is spacious and should be very lively when the weather is warmer. The hotel is only 50 meters away from Faxi Temple, making it the perfect choice for making wishes and offering incense.

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

Great location! A very clean and cozy room with nice details, pleasant lighting and a courtyard view. You won't need an alarm in the morning- you'll be awakened by the chirping of birds. The host was always smiling and very kind. He served us tea in the afternoon. The breakfast was tasty- noodle soup with meat and vegetables, served at the terrace. We had fun playing table tennis in the evening. You have a lovely guesthouse! Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

The service and room were excellent. Although the staff didn't include English speakers, they worked really hard to understand and to communicate. The breakfasts were excellent, Chinese country fare, and the public spaces were peaceful and welcoming. I stayed in the Queen Garden Room, which comes with its own garden. I was a little disappointed that the tub in the garden was just a regular tub and that the grass was artificial, but it was nice to have a private, outdoor sitting area. The location is fairly far up a path from the road and can be hard to find since there isn't any signage on the road; follow the paved path into the tea fields and up some steps to find the retreat. Two of my uploaded pictures are of the entrance to the path and of the path through the tea fields (you can see the hotel among the trees in the latter) I'll likely come back in autumn when it's cooler to explore the neighborhood more. When I do, I'll probably choose the mountain view if solo, or the garden view if with a friend (those have private outdoor areas, too). My only real suggestion for the management would be to partner with a tea house to offer tea and snack services in the evenings on the deck. If I could have done that, it'd have been a perfect trip, though it was already a pretty great one. TLDR: would recommend, get the standard rooms (garden or mountain view)

Aman in Hangzhou is the perfect staycation destination. The environment is calming and beautiful, relaxing and natural. The staff and service at Amanfayun is probably the best second only to the hotel grounds itself. The room was beautiful and had probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the room becomes completely pitch black and the bed is super comfortable. The spa was unreal, with an ensuite for every service (1 or 2 people). The spa is located next to the pool which had to be my favorite thing about staying there - the afternoon tea by the pool was amazing, delicious, and so cute. It wasn’t hard to feel comfortable or communicate because the majority of staff speaks English. The hotel has 6 places to eat, but I will say as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was a little hard to find options at the hotel but super easy to order food in! If you do eat meat, no problem, there are many options. Definitely recommend Amanfayun to anyone but especially anyone looking for a weekend away with family, a friend, or a loved one. Thanks Aman!

I was upgraded to a bigger room upon arrival, which was a very pleasant surprise. The room was large and well-designed, with a clean, modern feel and a soft bed. The hotel was stylish throughout and felt very new. The service was excellent; staff were polite and attentive during our brief interactions. The breakfast was good quality as well, offering the typical international and Chinese options, but at a slightly higher standard than the other Hangzhou hotels I've stayed in previously. Location-wise, you need to consider what you want. My grasp of the local geography isn't great, but I got the feeling it was a little far away from some of the more popular spots in Hangzhou, although that wasn't an issue for me and I was easily able to get a Didi to and from the hotel. The hotel is also nestled in a fantastic little area, surrounded by numerous restaurants of all different types, so finding a good dinner was very easy. Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't check out the gym, so I cant comment on that! I don't normally write reviews, but I enjoyed my stay and thought they deserved a positive reviews as a result.

Hotel location: At the head of Baile Bridge in Baile Village, cross the bridge and look forward to the right. It takes only three minutes to walk to the North Peak Cableway. Opposite the cableway is the Lingyin Temple Bus Station (Lingyin District is restricted on weekends starting from March, you will find this station really useful). You can go to many places in one stop, but if To get to West Lake, you need to go through the parking lot to Lingyin East and take the famous 1314 (just ask volunteers). Going further inside is Lingyin Temple. Eating: There is a small supermarket next to the hotel, and opposite is the private restaurant ”Her City Has Him”. There are several small restaurants, including stir-fries and burgers. It is only a hundred or two hundred meters away from Qingchun Pumen, an internet celebrity store (the price/performance ratio is very good in the scenic area, although It is vegetarian, but there are curries, pastas, and Tom Yum Goong (you can adjust the taste). By the way, if you go down the mountain from the Lingxi Tunnel in the north, you can immediately go to Tianmuli MALL, a very fashionable place with all kinds of food, drinks and entertainment. (The hotel service staff can really give a good introduction. The location is really good and you can get there quickly by car.) Room: The courtyard room I ordered is right next to the bar. The door is made into two layers, which provides good privacy, but there is still a little noise from the water flow equipment. When you wake up in the morning, you will be greeted by the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers. A disposable bath cover will be provided when using the bathtub. The tea set is of high quality. The tea leaves are white tea and Longjing. The white tea is good. I suspect the owner is from Fujian. The whole hotel is full of Wan Qian Tang (plus white tea). Breakfast was plentiful and very clear. As a detail, there is a small wooden jewelry box at the bedside for ladies to store jewelry, which is wonderful.

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

The shopkeeper was super attentive. She called in advance to inquire about the check-in time, sent me the location, and gently reminded me that I could not drive in. After checking in, she reminded me that the tourists had dispersed, and I could take a taxi after going out for the evening. . The B&B is really close to the scenic spot, just a few minutes away. Next to the B&B is the entrance to the North Peak Cableway, and Lingyin Temple Food City is also nearby. It only takes five minutes to get to the B&B from Lingyin Temple Square. It’s really Super convenient, very good! The overall environment of the B&B is very clean. The lobby on the first floor is decorated in a very stylish way. All toiletries are given out by the lady after check-in, so you don’t have to worry about them being reused. A bunny aroma diffuser is also provided. The overall room is very tidy and comfortable. it's actually very good! At the same time, the front desk also printed a map route for visiting Feilai Peak in Lingyin Temple, which is very useful!

I can’t believe that I could stay in such an excellent hotel at this price. I like Song’s aesthetics both inside and out. The heating in Hangzhou at 0 degrees is still warm enough It is very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions The boss is very hospitable. You can make tea on the first floor. Will visit again!
