Advantages: The two-bedroom suite is suitable for families and has good privacy; the car can be parked in the courtyard, which is very convenient. Disadvantages: The fence gate of the independent courtyard cannot be closed. Fortunately, it is off-season and no bad people will break in, and the maintenance is not timely; I feel that the staff does not have a todo list. Two of the four bottles of mineral water in the room have been opened. I dare not drink them and just pour them all out and use the ones in my car; the package indicates that the content provided is not in place. It doesn’t matter if small things are leaked, but it makes me worry that the service is not online and uncomfortable, and I suddenly don’t have much trust; the porcelain tableware has a gap, which is still taboo. Suggestions: Butler service still needs to pay more attention to details. Although different preferences may cause the content provided to be abandoned, it is not advisable to let it be used without using it. If you can actively communicate and get feedback, it should be effectively optimized and improved.

Great homestay. We stayed in the room with the garden which was very clean and comfortable. I came back to Hangzhou for work and stayed in a hotel first. The hotel room was decorated very well, especially in a modern style. All the electrical appliances seemed to be smart. The room was very large, the bathroom was also very clean, and its sunshade curtains were very beautiful. The service of the front desk guy was very good. He handed me a bottle of mineral water while I was waiting for the bus, which was very thoughtful. Next time my family comes over, I will choose Meitu Hotel again.
