First time to be at courtyard Marriott wulin, Hangzhou. The service was amazing!!! Staff are attentive even thou some are not able to communicate well in English, yet they address the problem. Cleanliness was fantastic, it was tidy, clean and organized. House keeping, they do change towels every day. Food wise, lots of choices.

The service provided by Manager Nie at the front desk was very good, praise. The room is very big. It's very convenient to visit the Jade Bird Market next to it. I got an upgrade for my first time here. We were also given a late check-out, which helped us with our next trip. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic, and the aunt on the floor took the initiative to say hello to us, which was great.

The location is excellent. During the Asian Games, the room price is not high, which is good value for money. You can also see part of the light show ~ which is very good. The room is very clean, the service is very friendly, the facilities are very new, and the transportation is very convenient nearby. It is only a 15-minute walk from City Balcony~

The room was upgraded after check-in, it was bigger, and there were welcome fruits, which were fresh and delicious. He took the initiative to send luggage to the room, called and ordered a few more bottles of purified water, and they were delivered immediately. The service was very attentive. The room I booked came with afternoon tea in the lobby bar, and the kids enjoyed it very much. The breakfast tastes very good and has local Hangzhou characteristics. The only regret is that there are construction sites nearby, so it may be difficult for those who want to sleep in. The hotel provided earplugs, which was very considerate. There is a subway not far from the hotel, which is convenient for travel. I will choose this place again when visiting Hangzhou in the future. It is cost-effective.
