Chatting with people I don’t know and doing my nails 💅, it feels good to do it. Late night snack: starting at 9 o'clock, warm pear soup. There are also facial masks on the table in the room. There are many kinds of breakfast, including brewed tea, freshly squeezed juice, Chinese and Western food, the quality is very good, and I am satisfied. Therefore, even if the price increases during the National Day, the price/performance ratio is still very high.

The hotel is located very near to a metro station making it convenient to travel within Hangzhou. The hotel is well maintained and clean, facilities within the room are also very new. The staff are friendly and helpful, and helped us to collect our online shopping packages. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable to live in. The only drawback is that there are only some limited dining nearby, and no places near the hotel to buy some groceries. Would also be great if there are washer and dryer in the room itself, as the washing area is quite congested. Overall a very good hotel option for Hangzhou for the price range.

Booked for a friend, and the feedback was very, very satisfactory! It was far beyond expectations, and I was really satisfied with the quality of the hotel for around 400! The hotel felt very design-conscious as soon as I entered, and I could enter by face recognition. The room was also very large, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel was also very new, and the surrounding facilities were quite complete. It was very convenient to go anywhere, and the front desk service was enthusiastic. My friend brought a baby, and they helped upgrade the room. It was really a good deal to book at this price!

1. The front desk upgraded the room for free. There are three people in our family, and it is very comfortable to live in two beds. 2. The room is clean and hygienic, the service is attentive, the breakfast has many varieties and the food is good. 3. We brought a lot of luggage because we were going to another city for two days, and the hotel also provided free storage services. 4. At first, I wasn’t impressed with the free parking provided by the hotel. Now in a Shanghai hotel, the parking fee is 80 yuan after a one-day stay - which is a pain in the ass 😅 5. The overall experience is very good - very positive, I will come again next time I go to Zhejiang University!

I took my children to watch the Asian Games at the Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University. I didn't expect it to be so close. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Zhejiang University. It's also closer to the subway entrance than expected. I just turned a corner and was there in 5.6 minutes without crossing the road. The transportation is very convenient. There are many places to eat nearby, and they all taste good. After arriving at the front desk, I told the front desk that I wanted a slightly newer room and was assigned to the 13th floor. Overall, it was okay. The bathroom was super big and there was a bathtub. The overall hygiene was okay, but I found a bug crawling on the ceiling. Because I had to go out, I didn't find a waiter. The breakfast is quite rich, much better than an average fast hotel, but a little inferior to a four-star hotel. I asked for two bottles of water, but they didn't arrive after waiting for several hours. When I finally left, I went to the front desk to ask for them, but they were not delivered until later. I wasn't very satisfied with this.

But it turned out that this hotel is quite nice: good location, good service, frieldly and helpful hotel staff, clean room, delicious breakfast. These are like beyond the price and my expectation. I highly recommend this place.

There was a Christmas atmosphere in the lobby. Although Christmas Eve was still one day away, the young man and young lady at the front desk enthusiastically gave me a Christmas fruit, which really surprised me. Although the hotel is not big, the facilities in the public area are good. It’s very rich. I originally planned to go out for a walk, but it was too cold outside and I didn’t feel bored staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, there were too many people in the gym. Even though it was only a short night, there were still many places worth remembering, especially the fried poached eggs for breakfast. Nen, in short, I am very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's service is very attentive. I will definitely come again if I have the opportunity!
