Atour Hotels in Hangzhou

The hotel's brand concept and the team's execution are at least 95 points (out of 100), every employee is excellent, and the room facilities are impeccable. It is the best choice for business trips. The reception service of ”Yuchu” at the front desk is generous and decent, and the considerations are also very thoughtful, which gives people a good first impression of the hotel.

I recently stayed at Atour Hotel with family and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—less than 600 meters from the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. Right beside the hotel, there’s a cheap breakfast shop and a convenience store, which was really handy for quick meals and snacks. The hotel is also within walking distance to In77 Yintai Mall and West Lake, making it a great choice for shopping and sightseeing. Another big plus was the free self-service laundry, which was very useful during my stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. My room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good rest. One minor downside is that the hotel is near a hospital, so you might hear occasional ambulance sirens. However, the noise was very soft and bearable, not disruptive at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose Atour Hotels again when visiting other cities in China. Highly recommended for convenience, comfort, and great service!

The hotel is said to be under the Yaduo Hotel, and the facilities and environment are similar to those of Yaduo. The overall accommodation experience is good. The cleaning lady is very responsible and enthusiastic. Although the window is close to the road viaduct, you can hardly hear any sound when the window is closed. The curtains have a very good light-blocking effect. There is a voice-controlled Xiaodu, which is convenient for listening to music. The light in the bathroom may have some problems, and it will turn off automatically when used occasionally. The hotel is not far from the subway station entrance, about 5 minutes. However, it takes 5 minutes to walk from the subway station entrance to take Metro Line 1 and Line 3. Line 19 is closer. The subway station can go directly to Xiaoshan Airport-Hangzhou West and Hangzhou East, which is very convenient. The hoho downstairs in the hotel is delicious. It is not very convenient to have breakfast nearby. Most stores in Hangzhou are not open at 9 in the morning.

The Fuchun River Scenic Area is right outside the window, which is refreshing. It is also very convenient to eat around the hotel. Several popular online snacks are not far away. It is very convenient to drive to several popular villages and ancient roads in Tonglu or check-in points for Fuchun River views. The hotel has a rich breakfast, and the front desk service is very thoughtful. They will take the initiative to deliver water when traveling. I have always liked the style of Atour, which is elegant and atmospheric, and the bedding is comfortable. I especially feel that this Tonglu restaurant has a very high cost performance

It is a small hotel but very well located, close to Hangzhou Lake, the subway station, and a pedestrian street with all the department stores. The breakfast is delicious and varied. But negative point: the cleanliness of the pillows (blood stains...), dirty towels, etc. The staff is friendly but the receptionists are very young and lack experience, unable to give really useful advice.

I like the architectural style of the hotel. The black wood tone makes people feel very high-end. The environment in the hotel is very good. There is a faint scent of tea as soon as you enter the door. There is a waiting area. There are many types of Zhuju books, which are very suitable for taking pictures. The service of the brothers and sisters at the front desk is very good. They greeted us warmly, served tea when we checked in, and the check-in speed was also very fast. The room is very quiet, with electric curtains, and drinks in the refrigerator, all of which are free. The TV is big enough and can be projected. What I like most is the Atour bedding, which is very good, soft and comfortable, and the pillows are very good to sleep on. The laundry room, gym and breakfast room are all on the 6th floor of the hotel. The breakfast is self-service, with many varieties and delicious. The opening of the new store feels very good. I will stay here again when I come to Hangzhou next time. great!

This is my most satisfied high-end express hotel. The hotel is very exquisite and tidy, clean and spotless, and the service attitude is very warm, meticulous and thoughtful. The location is in Xiaoshan People's Square, it is very convenient to eat, drink and play around, and the subway is downstairs.

Very good service! Staffs are nice and friendly. Loved the room! Mattress and pillows are comfy. They put nice rose essential oil in the room as part of the service~ The location of hotel is at the halal street which is not near QingHeFang Quite a distance from NansongYujie. There is one near there as I passed by and that is much more convenient as not much of famous food is near this hotel. Porridge on weekend has more condiments ( pickles, salted egg, sour beans, meat floss, hotdog slices and fish skin-not available on Sunday night) The room has atour tea bag, 1 coke, 2 flavoured drinks while my last stay at atour has more. Considering this is atour light so I guess maybe they provide lesser? No coffee provided in the room though. Atour proper has coffee drip bags. Welcome bag of snacks are nice ❤️ welcome drinks are nice too. They gave us free breakfast but we did not get to enjoy the breakfast as we were rushing to the tourist spots 🤣
