Spider silk can be seen in the corner of the room. Although the bathroom is separated into dry and wet, the drainage pipes are not smooth, and the water overflows everywhere when taking a bath. The water temperature is not hot enough for taking a bath. The breakfast is served in a meal-style, which does not cause waste. Unlike self-service, the service staff are indifferent.

My stay at the Qixing Lake Hotel was a complete disaster. From the moment I checked in, I was utterly miserable. While the amenities seemed acceptable (after all, before the Yili Group became the subject of legal proceedings, they probably spent a considerable amount of money on who knows what), the hygiene was appalling: no hot water in the room, the toilet was clogged, the bathtub hadn't been cleaned of what looked like fecal matter, and the towels looked unusable... it simply didn't deserve the title of "resort hotel." Breakfast? There were practically no options, the selection was laughably pathetic, barely enough to fill a stomach, and it was seriously at odds with the hotel's price and publicity. It's fair to say we were being ripped off. We also bought a package deal for the hotel and scenic area, but ended up having to go back and forth between the hotel and the visitor center for hours, with neither side acknowledging their commitment. It felt like a lawsuit, and we finally managed to get it done after repeated attempts. It was a truly terrible experience. In summary: From check-in to check-out, I was completely frustrated and completely devastated. The price wasn't a reward for enjoyment, but rather a complete exasperation. If you've never been through a lot and want to experience what it means to be scolded without feeling pain, then I highly recommend staying here. But if you're looking for a relaxing vacation, please bring a tent and don't even set foot in this hotel. A few stars are too many.

There was a male waiter at the front desk with a bad attitude. I booked a family room for four people, and there were only two 335ml bottles of water in it. I asked for four more bottles, but he said it would be charged. This is the first time I heard that hotels charge for mineral water! The one point deducted from the service was by the male receptionist! The cleaning staff has a better attitude than the male waiter at the front desk! However, the fireworks show during the May Day holiday is still a plus!

It is very convenient to stay here when visiting Qixing Lake. Especially close to the lonely tree. The environment and hygiene are very good. There is also a restaurant where you can order dishes or choose to have a buffet. It is a desert scenic area, so don't be too picky and eat as much as you can. This kind of hotel service costs more than 1,000 per night. It only has a magnificent appearance, but nothing else is satisfactory. It is really not worth it and I don't recommend it! ! !
