房間設施不錯，都是智能化的，而且是新裝修的！在杭錦旗算是比較好的了，早餐也不錯，這是我連續在這裏住的理由！但服務幾乎為零！房間好歹每天應該簡單打掃打掃吧，浴巾也應該更換一下吧！房間裏蟑螂時常可見 ，弄點滅蟑螂的葯應該不費事吧！希望老闆能看到

衞生太差了，定了兩間房，床單被套都沒換，物品也沒有備齊，衞生間水池邊都是黃黃的水漬，空調噪音很大，唉，體驗感真的很不好！

國慶家庭出遊，定了包括三人間在內的兩間房，三人間住的長者孩子，一進門孩子吵着要躺沙發看電視，沙發挪了個位置發現地上臟兮兮的，還有倆煙頭，衞生實在不敢恭維。
由於定的房間含有早餐，第二天早上八點半去餐廳，被告知早餐時間八點半前，當時已經沒飯了，而且需要提供餐券，當時我就鬱悶了，前一天晚上登記時也沒告知用餐時間和餐券，下樓跟前台協商，説是讓廚師再給做點麪，又去餐廳等了二十分鐘，廚師沒來，果斷走人。差評！反正以後是永遠不會再去這家酒店。
