My experience was very good, Iván and Feña were very cordial, attentive and pleasant. The room I occupied was very comfortable and clean, with a minibar to store food or drinks. You can use the kitchen facilities in case you want to prepare your food, it has everything you need to cook. The Hostel is located in a place where you can walk to the center of Hanga Roa and all the restaurants and shops in the area. I just missed the electric oven and microwave. I recommend this accommodation 100%

It is a good location, you can walk to the central street and the waterfront. Breakfast is good. Cleaning is more or less. On Sunday they didn't make our room. We didn't know we had to bring soap and shanpoo and we had to go out and buy. We had a hot water problem and it was resolved satisfactorily and in a short time. We requested some implements such as clothes hooks, hair dryer, soap dish and they were provided to us immediately. What did cause us some concern was that we sent an email requesting confirmation of an airport transfer to the Hostel and we did not receive a response, but they were waiting for us at the airport and then they also took us back.
