No airport transportation, limited use of hot water (only at night), also water is not as hot as usual shower, room and facilities are poorly updated.
The hotel shop is selling nice wears.
Compared with pricing, we expect more updated hotel with this price range.

This is a fairly large hotel with a couple of central buildings (reception and bar/ restarant) and the rooms spread out in ground floor blocks spreading out from the central point. It's very close to the airstrip. WiFi only works properly in central areas. My room was OK on size, ditto bathroom, but decor very dated and tired, as was the bath/ shower. Wood floors, aircon unit, no TV. Simple towels and toiletries. My particular room was on the end of a block with a small balcony and a magnificent view over the ocean. The breakfast buffet was very thin on choices of food. Scrambled eggs were the only hot choice. Urn of coffee. One kind of fruit juice. Toast, cheese, cold meats, fruit, some cake. Place was 30 minute walk into Hanga Roa. Ok for a few days, but not longer.

This hotel was a big disappointment. Although nights were cold, our room had no heat and only intermittently had warm (never hot) water. Amenities were minimal. The breakfast buffet was not well organized. There were large groups who came all at once and there was only one serving line, not separate stations, so there was a long wait and unless you were at the start of the line some items had run out. On the good side, and my reason for two stars rather than one, the room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. The staff tried to be helpful but did not have the resources to fix the problems. There is wifi available in the lobby but not in the rooms.

Hotel is a bit run down. Rooms were basic and clean. Person at the front desk was not very knowledgeable. They are a mile and a half from town and the walk along the ocean was nice but still got tiring. Would be good if they had bicycles for rent. They did call taxis for us which arrived pretty quickly except for one that didn't show at all (and guy then had left the desk). Water is not drinkable and hotel only sold small bottles and ran out so there was no water available at all one night without walking a mile and a half to town.

This hotel was fine. It has a lot of potential but not realized. The pluses: beautiful setting in the ocean. Rooms ere basic but clean. Breakfast was fine and included. Hotel is a mile and a half from town and walking to tiresome. They would cabs though if needed, but one never showed. Would be great if they rented bicycles. Pool was not very clean so avoided it. Wi-Fi works in lobby but not rooms. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 which is a bit late since some tours begin at 8:30. Generally hotel needs a brush up, parts are run down. Lobby attendant was new and clueless about lost things. Water is not drinkable, bad taste and they only sold small bottles and then ran out completely. Better options are likely available.
