The hotel offers free shuttle from the airport and also does tours around the island. The reception was very friendly and helpful. My room had a small patio with seating to watch the shore. The rooms are basic with good beds, linens, and bathrooms. It was clean. I had a good nights sleep there. The location is blocks away from some fine restaurants and the central area. There is a shopping center a block away for travel essentials. A basic breakfast is served in the mornings. A small store is also available in the hotel. Area around is pretty safe. Just be careful of the dogs in the street. They look friendly, but you never know.

I stayed at the hotel for five days. The staff was friendly but several things about this place were not good. (1) There was construction every day while I was there. It was very hard to do anything with the sound of wood cutting happening daily. (2) On the last night, I came home and the lock on my door would not work. I was locked out of my room for over 30 minutes and no one was there to help. They have no overnight front desk. It’s a little unsafe. In addition, from this experience the lock must have broke and my room was unlocked for the remainder of my trip. When I complained about it, I was told by the business owner that I was “entitled”. I did not know wanting access/help getting into my room was being “entitled”. Maybe stay here but pay with a credit card so when you are called “entitled” you can hold them accountable.

First time going to the island, and it was an incredible experience. The Hotel helped to a large extent, which was 10/10 at all times. Welcoming reception at the airport, attentive service at the hotel, rich and hearty breakfasts, spectacular location (1 block from the main street and one block from the coast). The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. In addition, they have everything you need to make the most of the island, such as rental of bicycles, ATVs and vehicles. They also have a tour agency, Hotu Matur, which leaves on time, has snacks and blankets if it is cold, and the most valuable thing, the guides are very friendly and demonstrate knowledge.

Terrible hotel, not recommended. Dirty room, never cleaned, insect excrement on the wardrobe and dead cockroaches under the beds, never removed. When we reported that the room was dirty to come and clean it, they limited themselves to making the beds. Strong damp smell inside the rooms . Very low standard, it is not as shown in the photos.
