Only stayed one night (fortunately) but found the tile and concrete room noisy and loud. Children were running up and down the hall until 9.30 pm, after which quiet finally descended. We booked late and were given a hot west-facing room which required the air-con to run all night. The room was large and clean and the bathroom efficient and there were good hanging racks. Staff were not really that friendly and the free ”breakfast” was just sticky rice and instant coffee. Lots of free parking. However, it is walking distance to the old city and the Friday night walking street markets, which for one night makes it ideal.
I signed up for a school next door, so it's within walking distance, but the hotel is located on the roadside, and there aren't many other options on that road. It's mainly just to be within walking distance of the school. The overall facilities are average and the rooms are not very dark. If you are sensitive to light, you may wake up earlier in the morning.

It's much bigger than expected. It's a fairly new hotel. However, I encountered some troubles when I checked in. The power outage occurred twice when I took a shower. I finally changed rooms, but the TV in the new room didn't work.
But I also gave a good review for the elephant towel. Hahaha, it's cute.
There's a cafe next to it that's super nice. I recommend going in. The restaurants nearby are also very local, suitable for friends who want to travel in depth.

One of the best hotel experience. actually stayed here twice in January and February. Everything about this place is simply great. It is truly quiet. Not quiet because we were lucky. Its quiet during any day of the week. No bars around or airplanes landing. All guests are quiet and respectful towards others rest time. The construction materials are very solid and isolate both sound and temperature. I loved the blackout curtains.
Some rooms got bathtubes. The pools are kept really clean even during cold days when no one is swimming. The garden is just beatiful and taken good care of. It's also the reason why there is no noise from the road and the air is less dry (it is really dry during winter months).
Breakfast, dinners were good. I loved deep fried fish, ordered it several times. There is a nice Swiss place walkable distance away and a Thai restaurant farm with a small play area for kids.
Staff speaks English and Mandarin Chinese. They were helpful with any request.
Whenever i am back to Chiang Mai, its my number one choice now.

This is an old hotel, so the rooms are never dehumidified, the bedding and duvets are always damp, and there is an unpleasant musty smell when you enter the room.
The staff is still friendly and good, but the breakfast selection is far below 5-star standards and tasteless. Most of the guests are Korean families and the pool is understaffed, making it embarrassing to ask for towels or other requests. It's time to let remove this hotel for my hotels list.

My children were in full delight, and my husband and I sunk into childhood. We removed a clay villa where you can boldly accommodate 6-8 man. This is a two-storey house, on the first floor a large hall with a table and chairs, a closet and a sofa. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and a teapot, the glasses were, but there are no cups, I think you could ask for a resepshne, it is three steps from the house. The toilet and shower are also on the first floor, with free shower hats, shampoo and shower gel. The roller wooden staircase leads to the second floor, there is a closet, two beds Queen Size and one single bed, as well as a script table and balcony. Everywhere clean, no complaints. Matres and pillows are comfortable. In the house is a silent light, which creates a more sense of fairy tale. Outside the house looks like clay, the territory is very beautiful and colorful, as if you are in a cartoon, the pictures are made fantastic. The pool is clean but cold for us, other guests bathed, we were short for a long time. For breakfast, they served cooked coffee, hot chocolate for children, toasts, butter, jam and a plate of American breakfast, treated Thai tea, everything was very delicious ! The staff is very friendly and respectful. I can say with confidence if we go back to Chiangmai, one zero will definitely stop here ! There are no substantial downsides. Sliding floors, in the socks on the stairs slipped and wounded the hand to the wall, be careful, walk in the bosom or in shoes. Our house was near the road, very noisy, every car passing can be heard. But for us it was not a problem, we were planning an early rise.

GGuest UserStaff or Owner is very nice. Location is close Royal park Rajapruek but far from Chiangmai center. If you like quiet, not noisy,, this place is very suitable for relaxation.
GGuest UserGrounds are beautiful and rooms are large with high ceilings. Unfortunately the executive room I was allocated smelled somewhat and the security clasp was broken. This wouldn’t have been an issue except that at 9pm just as I was lying in bed preparing to turn off the lamp a member of staff barged in using their key card. He looked very surprised to see me in there. I still have no idea what he was doing. The technician who came to try and fix the lock then left a plastic bag filled with food rubbish from his dinner on my doorstep. I was offered the same room in another building and accepted. There was no issue with it.
GGuest UserI have stayed in this hotel for more than half a month. I really like it. The decoration style is very similar to my home. Living here feels like going home. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, with a bright layout and a small balcony facing the garden. Every day It’s really comfortable to sit on your balcony to have breakfast and soak up the sun. The swimming pool is also very good. This hotel is suitable for people who are not visiting Chiang Mai for the first time. My mother and I come to Chiang Mai for a month every year, so we are very familiar with it. There is not much demand in the ancient city. We came to Chiang Mai mainly to soak in the hot springs. We rented a car and drove 45 kilometers to soak in the hot springs the next day, or else we drove up the mountain. So if this is your first time in Chiang Mai, it is not recommended to stay here. But if you come to Chiang Mai not for tourists but just for health, this place is really great
KKelliemarieeWe booked hoping for a retreat, somewhere private and with a balcony to enjoy the nature and that’s exactly what we got. If you want a resort with a swimming pool this is the wrong place but if you want a private villa on the hill side with a balcony in the jungle then this is perfect. I celebrated my 30th birthday here and have no regrets! The room is huge, bathroom too. The only thing that we were disappointed with was the bed was a little hard for our liking, perhaps more Thai style. The staff were great and helped us with the luggage. I recommend hiring your own car and bringing some snacks or drinks with you as there’s no shops close by. The breakfast was order the evening before but enough. We bought a little extra fruit and snacks for beer in the evenings. We had the most wonderful two nights here!
罗罗The landlord was enthusiastic and responsive. I originally stayed for 2 days and finally stayed for 5 days. With the assistance of the landlord, I found a suitable villa to accompany me to read. The restaurant food was delicious. My son said that he would bring egg fried rice back to China.
I hope the boss's business is getting better.
GGuest UserCute little resort built into a steep hillside above the road leading down the mountain. Room had a large bed, comfortable but too firm for me, modern TV, wardrobe, fridge, and kettle (no coffee provided). Nice front porch looking over the garden. AC worked well. Bathroom had hot water. Everything was clean and in working order. Back wall was all windows, but unfortunately no view. Would be very special if they could landscape this area. Ate dinner at their restaurant, and was pleased with the flavor and quality of the food. Portion size could have been just a bit bigger for the price. There is a parking lot for 4 or 5 cars. Staff were friendly. Sorry to have stayed only one night.
GGuest UserIf you come to Chiang Mai, you should definitely stay in such a place. this place is about 10 km away from the area where night markets are located. It's a great feeling to come here after having fun in the crowd. like a place from heaven. just the sound of birds and crickets. The first thing you see when you wake up is a wonderful garden. the pool is very enjoyable but I wish it didn't close at 8... the staff is friendly and polite. the rooms are clean and very nice. This is the place I want to come back to. Thanks for everything 🌸
CchephrenchuaOne of the best resort I stayed in chiang mai, though I haven't been to many expensive one, this place is low cost with promotional price. Whe roaming around, it feels like I am in europe, yet the food is local and fairly priced, nice swimming pool but lots of ants enjoying the pool as well. Staff is very friendly and accomodating, changed our room to easy access due to older people. room is big and adjoining, good water heater, air con works well, enjoyed the balcony at night in the cool winter wind, walked among the farmland of vegetable and banana, great restaurant just outside of the resort (walk 10 mins from hotel room), beautiful river stream... good place for a nice relaxing stay.
GGuest UserElegant hotel, quiet, very well decorated in details. Lovely staff, good service, very tasty set breakfast. The restaurant here also has Michelin.
Recommend the hotel about mosquito coils in front of the room There is a smell in the room.
Should find a solution to this matter.
嵇淞 Loved the hotel! It's like a large garden. The breakfast is also very good. The service is very simple. The waiters are very simple. It is suitable for secluded travel because it is not convenient to go in and out of the mountain. But it is suitable for those who like to stay away from the city.
