Going out for a few days recently. It is the best place to live. Worth praise. Most of the whole house is smart. The shower head is large and the water flow is not concentrated. It may be the only place that is not satisfied. But the flaws are not concealed.

Service: On the way back from the 11th trip, I was too tired to decide to stay for one night and wake up naturally the next day before rushing. As a result, I called my family at 8:30 the next morning and said that the car was blocking the road and moving the car. Then I received the moving car message from Hebei Traffic Police. But when we checked in, our car was parked in the formal parking space at the entrance of the hotel. There was no road blocking, etc. Then we called the hotel front desk, and the hotel front desk said they were not clear. After we went downstairs to understand the situation, we knew that the hotel had a pick-up. To get an inflatable arch at the door, we needed to occupy the parking space we parked and let us move to other parking spaces. Why doesn't the hotel understand the needs of the people who pick up the relatives in advance? Why can't the parking space be arranged in advance? When these problems occur, it's not clear that I'm done with a phone call?

The staff are nice and very approachable They are wonderful and helpful. Check - in and check out were hassle free. In terms of the location, it may not be at the centre of commercial area (McDonald's wont deliver there) but it is just across the Handan East Railway Station so it is good. The facilities are better than expected. Breakfast maybe is amazing for Chinese but for non- Chinese, the choices are limited. In general, it is a good hotel and I highly recommend it specially for those who needs to travel via Railway.

My stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

My boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

The hotel is very clean, but the equipment is old. The mirror frame in the bathroom is broken, and the shower head is not very good. Other things are OK. The location of the hotel is very good. There are restaurants on the first, second and third floors, and it is also convenient to eat around. There are parking spaces in the backyard and three-dimensional parking spaces. The most praiseworthy thing is the buffet breakfast, which has a rich variety, a good environment and good taste. It's just that other people's comments say that there are small gifts when checking out, but I didn't enjoy this. The room should be repaired, otherwise it looks too old.

The hotel location is good, and the service is excellent, the only downside is about the AC. when I stayed there, the weather was still hot, but the hotel turned of the AC, it was very hard to sleep during the night without AC.
