Because of the unanimous good reviews on Ctrip and the phone call, I booked an elegant room for three days. I have to say the service is really good, enthusiastic, proactive, and the response to requests is very timely. When I left, I was given two cups. Although I didn't use them, it really showed that the hotel was very thoughtful. However, even though the service was warm and thoughtful, the evaluation points given were mainly for the service, so the problems still need to be mentioned. The air conditioner outdoor unit was too loud and we could hardly get a good night's rest. This was the main reason why we checked out after staying for one night. Parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces on the ground. Almost all the cars nearby are parked. It is difficult for hotel guests to park. There are not many underground parking spaces. The most incredible thing is that the elevator in the underground parking lot can only go up, but not down to the hotel. You need to walk down. This is the first time I have seen such a situation. The breakfast was also very average. The breakfast at a nearby restaurant opens at 7:00. By the time we finished breakfast, it was already 07:30 and many dishes had not yet arrived. The food was not very hot and there were not many varieties.

We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. They proactively upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room facilities are very new and the linens are of good quality, all of which are five-star standards. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the quality is good. The doorman will take the initiative to help with the luggage and his attitude is very good. Unlike some previous comments that said that the company is indifferent. The room service is just so-so. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average. There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.

Convenient transportation, the train station and the city museum are all starting prices. The overall facilities are relatively new, and the equipped refrigerator and microwave are very convenient. The breakfast is also good, with freshly ground coffee. At this price, it is under the Hilton, and it is really cost-effective

The first time I went to Shanghai, I specially searched for the local hotel evaluation. This hotel looks very good, the price is right, within the reimbursement standard. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk service was very good, and there was free tea and fruit. After staying in the room, the hygiene was very clean. I am doing fire engineering, occupational diseases, specially looked at the hotel's fire facilities, there is no debris in the corridor, fire hydrants and fire extinguishers have inspection records, the evacuation guide box is fully equipped, and the safety evacuation map is also available. Fire safety is still doing very well. Stayed for a day, the overall feeling is also satisfactory, whether it is the cleaning aunt, or the front desk girl is very enthusiastic. Next time a friend comes to Shanghai, it is still worth recommending.

This is my second time staying at Xi'an. It's just a short stroll from Handan East. The front desk was very welcoming and recommended nearby restaurants. After check-out, they even reminded me of any items I'd left in the room and gave me some snacks. The mattress was very comfortable, and my son and husband are both tall and strong, so the family room was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, and the room also provided books and makeup remover wipes, which was very thoughtful. I had a great Children's Day holiday here.

This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.
