I have been hearing that a five-star hotel has been opened. I was really surprised to come over with my friends on the weekend. The hotel is very large and the facilities are very new and perfect. Before I received a call from the hotel manager, I helped arrange the room in advance, which was very thoughtful. The hotel room is clean and hygienic, the takeaway is delivered to the room by robots, the front desk is dry and also helped to delay the check-out, very good.

The hotel is conveniently located to our relatives. It’s extremely clean and well equipped with the technology! I enjoy to open the curtains with a finger point touch. The services are great everyone is super friendly! The breakfast is fantastic with many different dishes and all are delicious! We really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time!

We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. Unlike some previous comments that said that the company is indifferent. The room service is just so-so. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average. There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive. To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable.
