回邯鄲過新年，入住桔子酒店，真的很貼心。大堂設計非常舒適，房間整潔且智能化，服務人員響應迅速，見面都會問侯新年好，小機器人送補給物品很快。早餐服務的阿姨們超級親切。最棒的是，行程提前結束需要提前退房，很快就申請通過了，感覺很安心。

早餐不錯，每天菜都不一樣，涼菜熱菜煮麪餛飩都有，水果也有好幾種。
每天隨時都有免費的桔子吃，有免費的橘子汁兒和桔子糖果，還有陳皮白茶和紅茶可以免費拿。
停車場很大，隨時來都有車位，出門的時候跟前台報車牌號就可以。
300左右商務出差，桔子酒店是個不錯的選擇！

房間和房間佈局緊湊的無法形容，可以説同上海大城市一樣把空間利用率發揮到極致！導致隔音是真的差勁至極，相互隔壁房間睡眠影響嚴重，隔壁房間説話彼此都聽的非常清晰，如果作息不同那簡直就是人間地獄，為啥曝光這個是因為夜班工作人員超級專業的致歉水平和和稀泥技術讓我迫不得已幫助其他人避坑，主要事件發生在11月18日凌晨一點半左右，隔壁房間喝酒穿高跟鞋大聲喧嘩來回進出開關門折騰了整整一夜六點多估計困了才徹底消停！跟當日夜班值班人員溝通他們也只是象徵性的按門鈴和對方説下聲音小一點，對方答應挺好事後變本加厲，也懶得再去找夜班工作人員，他們也衹會兩邊道歉和稀泥，這次處理失望至極。餐廳做餅大姐服務還是值得肯定的每次都是笑臉相迎很温暖，該值得肯定的我會點贊，但是夜班前台值班人員不負責任和稀泥兩邊都不得罪的思想確實很讓人討厭，我們都是消費者憑什麼對方侵害我的睡眠權益作為酒店值班人員那麼不作為，只是簡單溝通就不了了之，你們是不是要持續關注進展。我相信這條評論出了酒店方絕對會回覆各類官方致歉話語，衹能説再次驗證呈現你們是和稀泥當老好人的處事態度，最後建議各位需要入住的朋友，如果睡眠輕追求高性價比出差住的時間久的，避開這裏，如果短期一兩天的承受能力比較強的可以考慮這裏，
