第一次帶孩子入住如家商旅，預訂了兩晚，頭天晚上入住的，當天白天特意打電話提醒前台安排安靜的房間，結果晚上到了前台一個小夥子卻説全都住滿了，衹有一間房了，愛住不住的態度，太晚了，帶着孩子，不想折騰了，辦理了入住，結果入住後發現是個大坑，房間環境特別糟糕：首先房間臨着路，前半夜噪音較大，後半夜好不容易臨街噪音小了。其次，酒店房間全是夾板牆，一點兒也不隔，隔壁房間人打電話，聊天聲音清清楚楚，孩子根本無法入睡，向前台反映，前台小夥子説打電話提醒過了，可到了凌晨1點，隔壁又開始打牌了，我又向前台反映，小夥子再次打電話，可能有點討厭我們事兒多，我還沒有反應過來，他就直接把電話遞到我手裡，讓我給隔壁房間説，我都懵了，好在咱也一把年紀了，沒有被他的推卸責任嚇住，電話中與隔壁房間耐心溝通，好在隔壁通情達理，答應不再打牌讓我的孩子能夠休息，雖然凌晨兩點終於不鬧騰了，到我們第二天的清醒狀況可想而知。好不容易第二天晚上我們回到酒店時隔壁暫時沒有入住人，我和孩子還心裏暗暗慶幸當晚能夠睡個好覺，11點多，我和孩子再次被隔壁的噪音吵醒，吸取了頭天晚上的教訓，我沒有找前台小夥子，他衹會推脱，我直接冒昧地敲響了隔壁房間的門，一個光着上身、滿嘴酒氣的大漢出現在我眼前，作為父親，我沒有退縮，不卑不亢的表達了一個父親想讓兒子睡個安穩覺的願望，這個大漢一定也是個偶爾借酒發泄的好父親，聽完我的表述，立刻表示自己喝酒了，為了孩子，馬上降低噪音。物理環境較差，臨馬路，夾板牆，前台小夥子的服務態度和服務水平令人齒寒啊。奉勸睡眠質量不好的、脾氣不好的千萬別住這裏，我們就是教訓。永遠不會再住這家店了！！！！！！
