還沒有入住就提前聯繫時間 打開空調和過濾器 服務員很有禮貌，早餐特別豐盛。服務團隊協作簡直讓人眼前一亮。從踏入大堂到離店的每一個細節都能感受到他們如精密齒輪般的默契配合。辦理入住時，前台快速核實訊息，旁邊的禮賓員已經默契地接過行李，親身詢問是否需要引導至服務區休息等候。退房時，管家佳欣耐心詢問入住體驗。設施設備也很不錯，二樓有健身房，負一層有洗衣房，完全滿足顧客需求。

我想認真寫寫這段評價，地理位置，停車方便程度，早餐方便程度都非常好，包括所有的服務人員都很熱情，我給前台打電話要水，天熱要過好幾次，很不好意思，但是前台小姐姐的態度讓我如沐春風，緩解了我的尷尬哈哈。整個流程下來的服務沒得説，前台 早飯前台 樓梯附近的工作人員，都非常好。停車非常非常方便，第一次駛離還有小哥哥過來親切告知方向，我是非常喜歡的。房間很大很舒服。美中不足的是 1.我感覺客房清潔浮於表面，地上每一天都有很明顯的地毯絮絮，顯然住的每一天都沒吸過地。牀頭櫃能明顯看見用抹布掃了一圈，因為角上都是灰，但態度都挺好，是不是有些面子工程了。2.枕頭不好，有異味，不舒服，低於這個級別的酒店都不用這種枕頭了，要是為了省錢不要省在這個上，枕頭對顧客最重要。3.馬桶反味真的嚴重，其他住過的酒店沒有這樣子，貌似我並不是第一個反映這個的，要不要找人來檢查一下是不是什麼管子安反了。因為這家開元名都其它方面太好了，所以真誠祝願這三個方面改進一下。我推薦住宿，瑕不掩瑜，祝願越來愈好！

園區環境很漂亮，酒店內設施設備新且全，有自助洗衣房和健身房。
早餐是自助式，品種豐富，滿足全國各地的需求，比較推薦的是雞蛋布袋，是邯鄲的特色美食。

山西玩了十多天太熱了回山東，路過休息一晚，特意找了個不用進市區，靠近高速的酒店，開元名都酒店，沒想到從硬件到服務都很驚喜，特別表揚管家妍妍小美女，超讚！服務貼心入微，幫拎行李，問喜歡吃什麼水果，熱情專業，事無鉅細皆能妥善安排，總能在第一時間響應需求，因為她入住體驗倍感安心舒適，為酒店增色不少，加雞腿！酒店早餐也相當棒，都給最高評價

從北京出來轉了一圈山西河南河北，連續住了十幾個當地top酒店，邯鄲開元名都是隨機路過盲選的，沒想到綜合體驗可以躋身前列了。雖然有一點點空調問題小插曲，但是前台小姐姐很積極的幫我解決了。佳欣小姐姐也很nice的詢問我意見，那我就説説吧～
設施：住店客人第一印象是地下停車場，最好乾凈乾燥指示清晰，進房間體感是非自駕住客的第一印象。最好收拾房間的時候就確認一下空調涼不涼。有條件的話提前開半小時。
服務：酒店的簡餐理念很好，非常方便，但是娃實在是挑不出想吃的，可以參考別的酒店準備一些小孩子喜歡的咖喱飯、三明治、意麪果汁套餐，麪包牛奶套餐，小蛋糕套餐，酒店成本也不高，客人還很好帶
服務：小姐姐們又美又好溝通，第一次體驗德隴集團產品，感覺不錯，以後會多關注噠～後面去別的地方會考慮開元系列

新開業的酒店，硬件設施不錯，酒店門口有幫助指揮停車，佳欣全程跟進，積極介紹酒店特色，早餐是自助式的，營養美味，比較推薦的是：學步橋豆腐湯。酒店位置在邯鄲東區，所以還是很安靜的，到中心地區開車也用不了二十分鐘。
