山西玩了十多天太熱了回山東，路過休息一晚，特意找了個不用進市區，靠近高速的酒店，開元名都酒店，沒想到從硬件到服務都很驚喜，特別表揚管家妍妍小美女，超讚！服務貼心入微，幫拎行李，問喜歡吃什麼水果，熱情專業，事無鉅細皆能妥善安排，總能在第一時間響應需求，因為她入住體驗倍感安心舒適，為酒店增色不少，加雞腿！酒店早餐也相當棒，都給最高評價

從北京出來轉了一圈山西河南河北，連續住了十幾個當地top酒店，邯鄲開元名都是隨機路過盲選的，沒想到綜合體驗可以躋身前列了。雖然有一點點空調問題小插曲，但是前台小姐姐很積極的幫我解決了。佳欣小姐姐也很nice的詢問我意見，那我就説説吧～
設施：住店客人第一印象是地下停車場，最好乾凈乾燥指示清晰，進房間體感是非自駕住客的第一印象。最好收拾房間的時候就確認一下空調涼不涼。有條件的話提前開半小時。
服務：酒店的簡餐理念很好，非常方便，但是娃實在是挑不出想吃的，可以參考別的酒店準備一些小孩子喜歡的咖喱飯、三明治、意麪果汁套餐，麪包牛奶套餐，小蛋糕套餐，酒店成本也不高，客人還很好帶
服務：小姐姐們又美又好溝通，第一次體驗德隴集團產品，感覺不錯，以後會多關注噠～後面去別的地方會考慮開元系列

新開業的酒店，硬件設施不錯，酒店門口有幫助指揮停車，佳欣全程跟進，積極介紹酒店特色，早餐是自助式的，營養美味，比較推薦的是：學步橋豆腐湯。酒店位置在邯鄲東區，所以還是很安靜的，到中心地區開車也用不了二十分鐘。

酒店環境非常好，價格也不貴，房間裏面乾淨舒適，而且配套還挺多，有健身房和SPA。前台服務真的很棒，酒店是臨時預訂的，還給免費升級了豪華大床房，贈送了早餐和果盤。真心的體驗到了老家的温暖，下次來邯鄲還繼續住這裏。給酒店的前台和經理點一個大大的贊！！！

這次是自駕路過邯鄲，在平台上訂的開元名都酒店，真是非常驚艷到我了，下午酒店管家佳欣就和我電話聯繫到店時間等問題，原定晚上七八點到酒店，結果10點多才到，讓我意外的是管家佳欣還在等着我們，還提前打開了房間的空調，送了歡迎水果，非常暖心。酒店🆕開業，設施齊全，裝修漂亮典雅，衞生很好。酒店大堂設計豪華，堪比五星酒店，停車方便，早餐也不錯，是一次非常難忘的住宿體驗，再次感謝管家佳欣的周到細心的服務！
