I don’t know why when I made a return visit, but the caller was a male staff member who just said one sentence and kept laughing. Then another staff member came and said something like he likes to joke. This is his attitude towards guests. It's better not to call back and there won't be a bad review. Traveling to Handan, I made a temporary reservation and the hotel exceeded expectations.
