衞生很乾凈，被褥挺新的，用起來很放心，廁所很大，洗澡水很好，水量充足，環境也不錯，服務態度很好。唯一就是早餐是送到房間的，餛飩和餃子（葷素）選一個，都帶湯，很一般，衹能湊合吃一下。

房間設施挺好，衞生尚可，雖然臨街但隔音不錯，不影響休息。免費停車，早餐送到房間餛飩或餃子。房價實惠。

1，椅子特別臟，沒法坐
2，洗髮液和沐浴露就有個根兒，按都按不出來，我自己加點兒水湊合用的
3，酒店地址定位不準，是街對面，先到的同行的朋友找了好久才找到，所以酒店給我打電話給我發短訊發正確位置。
4，全國我們住了無數酒店的家庭房了，第一次説孩子的早餐還需要花錢，其他所有酒店都是贈送孩子早餐。他們前台叫我多定一份孩子的18元。同行朋友在我之後也找他們前台，他們自知理虧所以給朋友孩子免費一份早餐，但是並沒有給我。其次，早餐送到房間，沒有餐廳，而且早餐沒雞蛋，感覺是午餐，還有炸雞腿，真逗。屋裡吃飯非常影響房間乾淨度，而且沒有坐的地方。因為唯一的椅子是臟的。
5，酒店門前沒有名字，就寫個步雲樓，而且前台還是別家酒店名字，感覺這個酒店就隱藏在別家酒店裡的感覺。
6，三人的家庭房竟然衹有兩瓶礦泉水，而且説是花錢的，呵呵，第一次聽説！
最終我們把後天的三間家庭房全部退訂了！老闆最好好好培訓培訓前台人員，態度非常不好，沒有服務意識，這樣的員工，不知道酒店如何繼續開下去！

酒店前台服務很熱情，提前打電話告知導航路線讓我們非常便捷的到達。房間很大、很乾凈、床品是我喜歡的，隔音效果好。早餐送到房間很貼心，而且熱騰騰的飯菜很好吃。

主要就是空調不管用，孩子們差點凍感冒，調着28度結果一直21度。蚊子特別多，一晚上打死六個，幾乎沒有睡好，但還是給滿分吧，價錢在這裏。

本以為訂了個民宿，結果訂了個酒店，居然還有早晨。位置也十分便利，旁邊兒就是天鴻廣場。離邯鄲市博物館衹有兩公里
