10.16晚22點辦理入住，前台態度太差，商旅訂單，告知要交按金，讓把房間消費東西撤掉，又説沒有，就是卡錢，260住宿差你那100按金？給了張取電卡到樓上沒有辦法使用，會折騰人啊。體驗感入住太差！！！裝修環境老舊，有蚊蟲 ，隔音不好。
差評。希望看到的慎住。

酒店停車場夠大夠方便，進了大堂，高端大氣上檔次，氣派。前台美女服務真好，房很快開好了，到了房間，高樓層的景觀沒得説，心情瞬間美麗，關鍵房間床睡得是真心舒服，熱水夠給力，這家店是來漢川的不二選擇✌✌✌

説實話，維也納作為我在漢川的常住酒店，一年沒有住100天也有50天，你們前台有幾個看我不面熟？我這個人平時真的不想吐槽什麼，但是今天真的是**受不了了，非要吐槽一下。我平時全國各地跑，都是住維也納，沒有哪個維也納11點鐘就開始打電話催退房，也沒有哪個維也納非要12點退房，網上的訂單説的非常清楚，次日14：00前退房，有時候超時個把小時，還非要扣點錢，***在乎那點錢嗎？丟地上也都不想看一眼，我在乎的是人情味，更是情緒價值，幾個前台***跟高冷男神女神一樣，****呢？吃這碗飯就站好這班崗，沒有能力就多派出去學習，看一下別人的酒店管理以及酒店服務是怎麼在做！作為新客户、老客户也沒有分類，更別提什麼資源管理了，真的説實話，作為漢川本地人，確實覺得家鄉的維也納很****（我都覺得是個假的），都想戒掉這個**酒店了。
