Although I am an old member of Ctrip, I rarely write reviews. This time I am really inspired. I booked the room in a hurry because the original long-distance itinerary changed. I saw that Tianyu Lake Resort Hotel still had suitable rooms, so I booked it quickly. I didn't have much expectation, but the whole two-day and one-night itinerary was still beyond expectations for adults and children. Everyone is already planning the next trip. The resort area covers more than 10,000 acres. Because it is very large, it is still not crowded even on National Day. It is popular but not too noisy; the hotel is built according to five-star standards, and it feels good. Although there are some small episodes such as the phone is not connected and the door cannot be opened, the overall feeling is that the flaws do not outweigh the merits, especially the service awareness and error correction execution of the front desk manager Gan Li, who makes people feel lucky to have made this beautiful friend because of the episode. Here I would like to thank Miss Gan for keeping us in a good mood during the one and a half day trip.
