I saw that Tianyu Lake Resort Hotel still had suitable rooms, so I booked it quickly. I didn't have much expectation, but the whole two-day and one-night itinerary was still beyond expectations for adults and children. Everyone is already planning the next trip. The resort area covers more than 10,000 acres. Because it is very large, it is still not crowded even on National Day. It is popular but not too noisy; the hotel is built according to five-star standards, and it feels good. Although there are some small episodes such as the phone is not connected and the door cannot be opened, the overall feeling is that the flaws do not outweigh the merits, especially the service awareness and error correction execution of the front desk manager Gan Li, who makes people feel lucky to have made this beautiful friend because of the episode. Here I would like to thank Miss Gan for keeping us in a good mood during the one and a half day trip. In the resort, whether it is playing golf, badminton, hot springs, strolling in the food street, or eating hot pot in the sports center, it did not disappoint people, especially the feeling of watching fireworks on the windowsill of the room is really great! Although everyone expected that there would be a huge flow of people during the National Day holiday, this short vacation really gave us a pleasant surprise. Both the hardware facilities and software services make us want to make this place a regular check-in and leisure backyard!

The garden view is good, I like it very much, the room is similar to the wooden house decoration, there is a little paint smell, the bathroom decoration smell is heavy, it should be off-season, plus the location is remote, the occupancy rate is low, mainly because there are no convenience stores inside, eating and drinking become the biggest problem. The handsome guy at the front desk had a good attitude and service. Because the location was remote, he could not take a taxi. He also arranged a car transfer to the high-speed rail. Although it was paid, it at least solved the traffic problem. In general, it is suitable for self-driving tours.
