老闆是房子的傳承人和繼承人，沒有商業氣息！非常不錯有傳統文化的古建築，必須要保留下來。保留最古老的風格，如果體驗中國古建築我極力推薦！如果介意獨立衞生間就不要過來了，畢竟人家這個是文物有些建築物是不能變的。人家有衞生間單獨在院子拐角處。房屋是我目前走過所有地方參觀的古建築中保留最完好能身臨其境的體驗太震撼了，讓我思想都在改變。房主和藹可親平易近人，不擺架子。

屬於私宅民居，是古宅，價格不算便宜，衞生條件一般，毛巾這些不提供，洗手間是公用的。老闆服務還可以，提供照相這些，有問必答，還可以借黃馬褂。好像單獨參觀還要收費，算是一段很好的入住體驗。

如圖所示，真實的老宅，木門、木窗、大炕、沒有鎖、磚地、公共衞浴，屬於體驗式民宿，有空調倒是不冷，位置就在古城裡，離三廟就5分鐘路程，很方便

特色古宅，雖然衞生條件差一些，但是洗澡沐浴在公用衞生間都還算方便，如果不是特別介意非獨衞，又願意嘗試明清古宅的，絕對是不二之選。

酒店老闆很厲害～～～喜歡聊天的朋友可以多和老闆聊聊天，土生土長的古城本地人，可以在老闆那瞭解很多小故事～～民宿超級超級有特色，很適合體驗～～不過環境確實有待提高～～民宿總共就衹有兩個房間，其實我更建議家庭出門的話，就兩家全部訂起，這樣就沒有外人了～～升級空間還有很多，期待老闆未來的改造，加油～～
