A very modern studio type apartment equipped with all amenities including a washer-dryer. Very clean and spacious. There is a restaurant with delicious food. The host is very friendly.

New and clean hotel Very spacious room, comfortable bed, free coffee refilled every morning Area not very convenient for getting around on foot, but strategic if you travel by car (bolt) because it is 10 minutes from the three main cities (Valletta, Silema, San Julien) Rooftop pool small but with a nice view Friendly and helpful staff The only flaw was that we were on the 8th floor and half the window was covered by the external display so we didn't have a full view but only a small glimpse. Restaurant offers only breakfast but no meals (lunch/dinner)

This serviced apartment is not far from the airport. It only takes 15 minutes by taxi. It is also convenient to take Uber to various attractions in Malta. The front desk service is very friendly. They specially prepared a breakfast bag for me who had an early flight. The room is clean and cleaned once a week.

15 minutes walk from the ferry terminal to Sicily. The room was small, the shower was cramped, the bed and bedding were comfortable, and the breakfast and hot and cold drinking water facilities in the lobby were OK.

I have a fantastic stay in this hotel. The host is very friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean. Really enjoyed the stay in here.

酒店非常新，可以看出來老闆對房間設計，酒店設施，設備細節，都投入了大量的精力和財力。入住非常愉快，員工非常友好，氛圍非常和諧。處於安靜區，樓下150米內各路交通，地理位置好，各種大小超市、便利店很多，還有餐館，海鮮店，亞洲超市等等。下次來馬耳他還住這裏。

這是一個非常漂亮的酒店，不是很大，但是酒店的每一處都充滿精緻的藝術性。一看就是非常精心而專業的設計過。整個酒店一步一景，安靜祥和，充滿異國情調。 酒店很乾凈，收拾的也很勤快。酒店設施齊全，讓人有回家的感覺，安心而平靜。 酒店服務一看就是在專業的管理下精心進行的，各方面都考慮的很到位，非常熱情周到，反應也很迅速。提供的旅行指引，專業地道，親測都很好。 酒店大區位離最熱鬧的地區不遠不近剛剛好，位於一個非常安詳的街區，不僅非常有異國情調，也很安全。街區之間教堂密佈，平實和諧。在眼前出現的每一面牆都好像印着信條，不停的向路人訴説。在這樣的環境中生活幾天，與平時繁雜的步調對比下來，簡直就是一種享受。周遭偶爾出現的居民，臉上充滿堅定的幸福，非常友好又樸實無華。感覺在那裡，歲月的確經歷過風霜，但隨着教堂的鐘聲不時地響起，信念與勇氣還可以傳承千萬年… 非常期待能再去那裡居住而生活。

I recently stayed at Grand Hotel Excelsior for Christmas, it was a wonderful experience. The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it a very comfortable stay. That said, there were a couple of minor issues that I feel are worth mentioning. First, while the hotel itself is clearly well-maintained, some of the decor felt a little dated in certain areas. It didn't detract too much from the overall experience, but a bit of modernisation in these spaces could elevate the feel of the hotel even more. Another small inconvenience occurred when I tried to use the stairs. Although the signs indicated the way, it wasn't entirely clear, and we ended up following a path that felt more like service corridors than guest areas. It was a little confusing and made us feel like we had accidentally ventured ”back of house.” The other concern was regarding breakfast. Due to some changes, the breakfast room was moved at short notice, and the new space wasn’t quite as charming as the original one. The breakfast itself was still good, but there was a bit of chaos in terms of the transition, including long wait times. That said, these were minor hiccups in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return for another stay, as the positives far outweighed the small inconveniences.

The hotel is next to the old town and a two-minute walk to the old town. The hotel is opposite the bus departure station, making it convenient in transportation. The hotel pool is superb, the garden is awesome, and the room is clean and comfortable.
