The location is very nice. On the rivet bank. The windows in the room were too small so you barely view the river from the room.

Beautiful location by the water,watermill outside,very private,quiet,old nicely restored buildings,great rooms,pretty spa area,old style nice restaurant,great furnishing of rooms,fabulous bathroom,all very stylish.Breakfast ok,dinner meny fairly small,food on plate more beautiful than tasty,some odd combinations,great service saved the experience though.

We came here to treat ourselves, celebrating our wedding anniversary, to let our souls unwind and have a luxury wellness weekend. Oh boy, did we hit bullseye! If you wanna know what perfect service is, you have found your destination. Enjoy wellness, beautiful surroundings and top notch cuisine. To be fair and for the sake of completeness, yes the romantic getaway does come at a price, but don‘t forget… you wanted to treat yourself with something.

Nice hotel with a nod to history in scenic location. Friendly welcome upon arrival. The spa is small but modern and functional. The food and service were mediocre and pricy. When we arrived we were told when to eat our pre-booked dinner and staff were not flexible to accommodate our preferences at all. The three-course dinner was OK, and the cheese selection nice. There is a hefty surcharge when planning to use the spa on departure day. Saunas are not even switched on before 10AM and checkout is at 11AM, allowing for little time to use the facilities. Longer use of the SPA is charged at EUR 35 per person, even if it’s just for another hour! All considered not worth it at the premium price point. Other places at a similar price point offer a better package (e.g. Friedrichsruhe), where the SPA is available to use all day long on departure day and even the Spa menu is included. Also, service there is refined, friendly and accommodating, which we didn’t find at Neumühle.

Beautiful hotel located at he country side. 1/2 pension with a excellent kitchen. Good selection of wines. The spa department was also excellent with a snakker swimming pol. We stats in a 2 floor rom with bath snd livingroom downstairs. Good service.

Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage direkt am Wehr der Saale. Ein gut gepflegter Garten direkt an der Saale lädt mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen zum Verweilen ein. Der Wellnessbereich hat 5 Sterne verdient, Die Küche ist Sterneniveau und verdient besondere Erwähnung. Die Weinkarte ist vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel etwas. Billig ist hier Nichts, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Bei Abreise noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit Riegel und Wasser. Eine nette Geste! Wir kommen wieder

Als je aan komt rijden denk je dat het een grote oude boerderij is. Binnen zie je dat alles in perfecte staat is gerenoveerd. Heerlijke kamers met goede bedden. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. We hadden prachtig weer en gingen naar de tuin die aansluit op het langsstromende riviertje. Heerlijke bedden. De waterval is wel erg goed hoorbaar. Er was veel regen gevallen dus er was veel water af te voeren. Dat gaat niet geruisloos. ‘S avonds moesten wij de ramen sluiten om goed te kunnen slapen. Maar wat een geweldige plek. De service is geweldig. Het restaurant was prima. Veel keuze is er niet maar de gerechten die men serveert zijn goed. Vlees vis of vegetarisch. De bijpassende wijnen waren lekker. Kortom een geweldige plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Heerlijke wandelingen naar bijzondere plekken. De spa is top. Heerlijk zwembad en mooie sauna’s en stoombad. Beter wordt het niet.

Die Lage, die Suite, der Wellnessbereicht, das Restaurant, vor allem das Personal: Kompetent, freundlich, Wünsche swerden sofort erfüllt, manchmal, bevor sie artikuliert sind.bevor sie ausgesprochen snd.
