Hammamet Sud Hotels with Swimming Pools

We stayed for 1 week on an all inclusive basis. We arrived Late evening and were not expecting anything to eat but were able to get a lovely pizza from the outside restaurant. The man on reception told us so much info that we really couldn’t take it in as we were tired from the journey. A 30 minute massage in the spa was included in our stay. Our room was big, bed very comfortable. Plenty of storage and hangers. Safe in room. Towelling robes provided. All the staff were lovely; always smiling. Everyone acknowledged us from the gardeners to the cleaners, waiters, bar staff…. The Gardenia restaurant is a La carte with waiter service, must be pre booked. We found the buffet a bit disappointing, it was much the same every day. We didnt have children with us but commented that there was no ice cream available! The beach is lovely, soft sand, plenty of sun beds. Pool looked good but we used the beach/sea. There is no shop in the hotel which we found odd. I would recommend this hotel out of season but think it would be very busy in the height of summer.

All staff were super professional, friendly, supportive, and kind. Sonia, the concierge manager, was amazing. The chief was very friendly. The dining area managers were fantastic and extremely supportive, kind, and friendly 👏 . Room service staff ejo ceaned our rooms was so hard working and unlike her manager always had a friendly smile. The evening entertainment was interesting? Unfortunately, the DJ only played the music he wanted to play, which often left him playing music in an empty room. This was a missed opportunity. They really need to sack the selfish DJ. He really let the side down. The SPA staff were amazing and provided heavenly massages and were very kind, gentle, and friendly. Overall, well done, Hammermet Hotel and SPA Resort.

BON HOTEL MAIS CRAFAR QUI SE PROMENAIT AU COULOIR ET CLIMATISATION INEXISTANTE Hôtel en générale très bien mais il faut perfectionner les détails. Inadmissible voir un crafar qui courrait sur le long du couloir et avec une température chaude se faire dire qu'on a le chauffage. On est sorti de l'hôtel pour aller ailleurs. La nuit on a dormi avec la porte du balcon ouverte pour la chaleure
