The Orangers Beach Resort and Bungalows All Inclusive

As good as always. This hotel never disappoints me - as 31 stays will attest to. It's not 5 star luxury, but is spotlessly clean and the staff are awesome. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Bring disabled. I note there are a few steps around the grounds but in the main, they do not worry me. The only exception is that a handrail is badly needed on the front steps but I'm hopeful this will be sorted soon. Ground floor rooms are available on request. 24 all inclusive - food and drink available any time.

We spend the winter here, along with many other people, the hotel staff are 💯 % dedicated to helping and making people happy and comfortable, there is a wide variety of beautiful foods for everyone, beautiful wine 🍷 and splendid cocktails. We were lucky to be here for the Christmas Gala Evening, and it was amazing, an array of beautiful food to be had with the amazing cocktails, dancing with Rio and his hard working amazing team, then a spectacular meal, we have already booked for 2025 Christmas 🎄 honestly we all come back year after year, the welcome and the love ❤️ is second to none

Disappointing and Unsafe Experience at Les Orangers Beach We recently stayed at Les Orangers Beach for seven nights, and while Tunisia is a beautiful country with much to offer, our experience at this hotel left us deeply disappointed and, at times, concerned for our safety. Positives Let’s start with some of the good points from our stay: Arrival and Check-In: The private transfer was punctual and brought us to the hotel smoothly. Check-in was professional, and the room manager took the time to explain the facilities and booking process for à la carte restaurants. Entertainment Team: The entertainment team was consistently engaging and friendly with our group, which added some enjoyment to our stay. Beach and Hotel Grounds: Both were well-maintained, offering a serene and picturesque environment. First Aid Responsiveness: During an unfortunate incident where a child in our group was injured by a fishhook on the beach, the hotel staff responded quickly and administered first aid professionally. Concerns During Our Stay However, there were serious issues that far outweighed the positives. 1. Ignored Pre-Arrival Communication Before our trip, I emailed the hotel management to inform them about our group’s dietary requirements and my daughter’s severe nut allergy. Unfortunately, no response was ever received, which was disappointing and indicative of the lack of attention we experienced throughout our stay. 2. Room and Key Card Problems The rooms, while reasonably comfortable, were tired and dated. Upon arrival, the third pull-out bed wasn’t made up, though reception promptly resolved this after we called. Key card failures occurred twice during our stay, requiring frustrating trips back to reception to get them reactivated. 3. Staff and Communication Challenges While many staff members were hardworking, some lacked motivation and were outright rude. The language barrier also posed challenges, as many staff members could not understand basic English requests. For example, asking where to find butter during breakfast resulted in blank stares. Better training and multilingual staff would make a significant difference. 4. Food Safety and Dietary Concerns Food safety and the handling of dietary requirements were appallingly inadequate: Allergy Neglect: Despite notifying the hotel in advance about my daughter’s severe nut allergy, this was ignored. Buffet items were not labeled, and there was no system in place to ensure the safety of guests with dietary restrictions. Chef’s Dismissive Attitude: On our first night, the head chef advised us to simply avoid desserts due to the nut allergy, which was unacceptable and showed a lack of understanding and concern. Pasta Station Negligence: At lunch one day, we asked for vegetarian pasta with tomato sauce and witnessed the chef using sauce from a lamb stew. This was not only disrespectful but negligent. Great holiday as always. Weather could be so much better! Staff all work tirelessly. Always friendly and smiling. Entertainment team work so hard. The waiters and bartenders are all very friendly. Very inclusive for all ages. Tank you very much.

Just ignore negative comments! The hotel is absolutely amazing for the money you pay. The beach is amazing, food and drinks available 27/7, pool is nice and clean too. You also have a club inside the resort, which is a bonus. They have the best animation team, they do a lot for you, (shout out to mr. Rio especially) Waiters aswell they are amazing. (Amir is doing best cocktails 😁) But expect from all the staff to want tip from you, it's a common practice in all Tunisia not just at this hotel. Outside the hotel is a different world, so if you want to go, better do not go alone. Overall, the best hotel I've been so far, and definitely coming back 1 day!!
