A beautiful and relaxing hotel. I travelled with my husband and three young children and it revived us! It was very quiet when we stayed and perfect for what we needed. We appreciated being able to walk to the 4* sister hotel (Les Orangers Beach) which was a little livelier/busier but not as pretty. It was nice to have a choice though and somewhere else to walk to. Weather was perfect end October - blue skies, a bit breezy, around 23 degrees. Hotel - Well designed with some luxury and character, but most impressive the exquisite gardens which our kids loved to run around. Rooms were very nice, not too fancy but had everything we needed and were cleaned well. Beach - kept very tidy, they even cleaned stones away! Vendors walking by were not allowed to approach you at your loungers so you weren't bothered; those we used (camels, henna) were friendly and we enjoyed talking to them. There was a security guard at the beach keeping a close eye on everything and we felt safe at all times. Food - good variety, my children are very fussy and enjoyed the pizza/pasta stations. No cereal for breakfast but they were happy with yoghurt/fruit/pastries. The pastries were tasty and I enjoyed the egg/omelette station. We were impressed with the food. Pools - loved the pools. Beautiful large outdoor swimming pool a bit cold, but still enjoyable. There is a smaller outdoor swimming pool with toddler paddling area near the spa which we enjoyed. What we really loved was the heated indoor pool which was often empty! Entertainment - it is a very quiet hotel. The kids club was empty at this time of year, and there really aren't any kids activities. That's fine as that is not what we were looking for, the pool and beach were enough. As mentioned above you could walk to the sister hotel for more activities and entertainment and the evening shows were fun. At Les Orangers Gardens there was sometimes musicians at dinner which we enjoyed. Staff - on a whole could be a little more friendly, but they really appreciated me attempting a word or two of Arabic and I felt this made a huge difference. Probably my poor pronunciation but it did bring out a lot of smiles and some nice interactions! We would be tempted to visit again in the autumn, it was a lovely break. My huge thanks to everyone there.

Very good vacation. The hotel is very clean and very good service. The cleaning team 10/10. The views are lovely. The food with a lot of variety and very good. We will definitely return. A special greeting to the cleaning manager Nejet, always attentive to everyone and very familiar.

I have been here many times but this will be my last. It’s a big hotel and there will always be unlucky guests like myself who are allocated rooms in 4 block opposite the kitchens and above the plant room. Our rooms stink of sewage, the smell is overwhelming. We have three rooms in a row here and they all smell the same - rancid. The noise from the extractor fans outside the kitchen is just about drowned out by the sound of clanking dishes and loud voices shouting. It’s impossible to sleep. I am absolutely gutted. Luxury it is not. One night in this block, the disgusting smell, I’m checking out.

This hotel is amazing. We loved it. We stayed in a Bungalow and it was incredible. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The food out of this world - especially the lamb and fish dishes. The beach is powder golden sand. We love the infinity pool looking onto the beach and sea. The bar on the middle floor is elegant. The staff make this place. They are so kind and attentive. Manni around the pool works terrifically hard. We will return.

We stayed for 1 week on an all inclusive basis. We arrived Late evening and were not expecting anything to eat but were able to get a lovely pizza from the outside restaurant. The man on reception told us so much info that we really couldn’t take it in as we were tired from the journey. A 30 minute massage in the spa was included in our stay. Our room was big, bed very comfortable. Plenty of storage and hangers. Safe in room. Towelling robes provided. All the staff were lovely; always smiling. Everyone acknowledged us from the gardeners to the cleaners, waiters, bar staff…. The Gardenia restaurant is a La carte with waiter service, must be pre booked. We found the buffet a bit disappointing, it was much the same every day. We didnt have children with us but commented that there was no ice cream available! The beach is lovely, soft sand, plenty of sun beds. Pool looked good but we used the beach/sea. There is no shop in the hotel which we found odd. I would recommend this hotel out of season but think it would be very busy in the height of summer.

Our stay was wonderful in one off the bungalows. Staff are excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. Mandy from the beach pool was excellent and look after us for our stay. So much choice in the restaurant breakfast lunch and dinner with premium drinks. The pink fizzy wine was great and one of our party celebrated a birthday which the pool staff sung happy birthday with a cake and likewise the evening staff also made the effort to celebrate with us. Overall a great stay and would recommend highly, we will return.

First time for us for an all inclusive holiday never mind last minute and in Tunisia.  We just needed some October sunshine at a reasonable price and we certainly got that.  Now for the review … I should start by saying we had a fantastic week and will almost certainly return, and probably to this Hotel.  But why only a four star review? For starters this is more like a good four star hotel , not five star.  Customer service and attention to detail are two of the things which make a real five star hotel stand out and this is where it falls short.  There is no warmth whatsoever from the reception and/or senior staff and a good number of the rest have the demeanour of employees who have been sacked but told to work out their notice in full!  A little effort ( and charm ) however produces results in terms of getting most of the staff to engage ( or even smile ) but it shouldn’t have to be that way.  Overall though the guys around the pool and beach bar plus most of the staff in the restaurant did a great job. As for the wee bits of detail which let the place down, I would say the room cleaning could have been better ( replacement of minibar drinks and towels was erratic and on several occasions our French windows at ground floor level were left totally unlocked despite us securing them every morning ).  There are some signs of wear and tear which a five star hotel just would not tolerate but none such that they interfered with our enjoyment or comfort .  The rooms themselves are big, the king size bed very comfortable, and there is plenty of cupboard space ( but are just two coat hangers really enough for two people ? ).  As for the grounds they are vast and well kept.  The pool and beach area is good and I particularly liked being able to either lap swim in the decent sized pool or just walk a few yards and swim in the warm sea.   Now for the really good bit.  The food.  We expected the worst but in truth were blown away by the sheer amount , variety and quality of what was produced at breakfast , lunch ( in particular ) , and dinner.  We are fussy eaters/foodies and part of our normal holiday would include research into, and dining at , good local restaurants but we were constantly amazed at what was on offer.  I couldn’t list everything but stand outs were the meat and fish off the charcoal bbq and the deserts ( some photos attached ).  There really is something for everyone.  As for the wines I’d give the rose a solid 9/10 but the red and white maybe a 5/10 or at most 6/10.  I did like the fact that no supplements were levied at any time whether for drinks or any food and so the term all inclusive really means that here.  You can source something to drink and/or eat pretty much 24/7.  Aside from the main restaurant, there is an a la carte restaurant which needs to be pre booked with, bizarrely, the menu choices pre selected at time of booking.  We tried it once but frankly preferred the main buffet restaurant given the sheer choice and quality o
