Beautiful hotel in and out we had the premium suite and it was amazing with a living room area two balcony’s his and her sinks and a bath and shower we loved it overlooking the 3 beautiful pools and the sea. Buffet was an average all inclusive style food, being vegetarian I was a little annoyed with how much meat was in everything without choices for veggies but I only had to ask and pasta would be made special for me or stir fry ect but we did tip for that. Biggest down fall of this hotel is the drinks ! When you’re round the pool you expect a cold fizzy coke ! It is all bottles and flat and warm they need to invest in a fizzy drink machine. Alcohol is hit and miss I ordered a vodka coke and was pure water. Not much entertainment at this hotel and nothing during the day if you want a relaxing quiet holiday this is the place for you the sister hotel we went to once but this was quite crowded. The usual tip the lifeguard and you will get a sun bed applies here but we was up at 9 am some days and still got a bed they could do with a few more at the beach though. And there is a really loud buzzing noise at the beach that they need to rectify it goes on non stop! Overall all we loved this hotel just a few things they needed to change like the drinks and no ice cream ? Strange. I would rate this hotel a 4 star because of those reasons but the staff are very helpful and mostly friendly.

We went here after our Wedding looking to to relax and enjoy our time and we received exactly what we were looking for. We received an upgrade and got a suite, which was spacious and luxurious. The Buffet was amazing, very flavourful and diverse to meet every taste and eating preferences. Sea food and fish were always present in both good quality and quantity. The three pools are good and you can pay extra to use another one in the spa. The staff was excellent, especially the cleaning ladies are very nice and friendly. May be other services could use an improvement considering it is a 5 Star hotel so impeccable services are necessary. Overall you will certainly not be disappointed booking this hotel, I recommend it

The best hotel in Tunisia!❤️❤️❤️❤️ Everything and everyone was very nice and friendly! The food, the people and service was incredible Recommend to everyone who is planning to come to Tunisia to choose specifically this hotel in Hammamet. Will come back next year!
