First expectations we like the look of the hotel But as we quickly found out the food was not the best!!! All the same constantly a lot of cold food we’ve even paid to eat out, even though we was all inclusive. Has for the bar staff they was really rude. They would serve young pretty girls and leave you standing there. The drinks (spirits) are all watered down. Good luck trying to get drunk as we spent all day trying. And the worst thing about the hotel was the maid stole hundred pound from my drawer I reported it and nothing got said (Our maid seemed so friendly and lovely she was very elderly about 60 years old always asking can she come in the room and to help) please be careful if visiting this hotel I would never go again or recommend it if there was a no star, this would be what I would be giving. 

We booked this hotel for a family holiday. Upon arrival we were greeted by the reception team, this was an easy stress free process and felt very welcome. We were then shown to our rooms, the rooms we were in were clean and spacious, however the bathrooms looked like they had rushed work completed in them, there was plaster on the walls and paint splats around. The bar staff were very friendly and happily chatted with us when ordering drinks and around the pool area. Aziz (I think his name was) went above and beyond. The drinks are very watered down unless drinking wine or beer, this was disappointing given the money you pay to stay there! The pool is clean and had plenty of sunbeds and the water slides were good fun. The food was not really to our taste but had plenty on offer. One person from our party had a birthday during our stay and for 30 dinar, we picked our table which the restaurant staff decorated for us, they made a beautiful cake and the animation team sang happy birthday, this was a really special moment and was appreciated so much by us. Thank you again. The animation team worked very hard and had lots of activities on offer. They are very friendly and spent time getting to know us throughout our stay. Big shout out to Kimo, Smiley and MoMo who made us laugh, they have given us memories to cherish forever! There was evening entertainment each night, everyone worked hard and the hotel manager got involved… he is very funny. Thank you Blumar ❤️
