First expectations we like the look of the hotel
But as we quickly found out the food was not the best!!! All the same constantly a lot of cold food we’ve even paid to eat out, even though we was all inclusive.
Has for the bar staff they was really rude. They would serve young pretty girls and leave you standing there. The drinks (spirits)
are all watered down. Good luck trying to get drunk as we spent all day trying.
And the worst thing about the hotel was the maid stole hundred pound from my drawer I reported it and nothing got said
(Our maid seemed so friendly and lovely she was very elderly about 60 years old always asking can she come in the room and to help) please be careful if visiting this hotel I would never go again or recommend it if there was a no star, this would be what I would be giving.

Had an amazing time. Had a lovely birthday celebration on the stage with all the animation team . We were catered very well by all peoples and all the staff . Would definitely recomend! Big up for all animation team and for Pikashu 💛 We will be back soon

Had a lovely time with my daughter in June. Food was good, entertainment was great. Nice pool. Rooms were clean and just right. Staff were amazing so lovely and we were very well looked after by Omer head barman and Smiley animation team, they were both beautiful souls and looked after my daughter and myself made us feel so welcome and at home. Thank you both so much see you in December. Unfortunately we couldn't get a room at this hotel for then we did try but we will see you both at some point. I saw a bad review written about smiley I just want to say how wrong these people are, not once did this guy or any of the staff asked for a drink or money. When I offered a drink smiley refused every time. These people work so hard to make your holiday experience good why not buy them a drink or give them a tip. The tips help their families massively and go a long way. Thank you to everyone for making our little trip special. With love Becky and keira (Cola)

DO NOT GO! If you want to live in a dirty room without any service then go. The rooms were never cleaned, we didn’t get any water or toiletries throughout our stay. Just cups! We didn’t even get a fridge, they had to take one from another room. The service was terrible, no communication and the staff just lied saying they’ll do it “in the next hour” The guests there are majority French as you’d expect and find it weird anyone other than them being there. They were racially abusive and just disgusting. Don’t waste your money, the hotel was rebranded for a reason. Rubbish

Great hotel great staff amazing animation team rocky,pikachu and the guys made our holiday special . Only downside was the all inclusive food but that just seems to be standard everywhere tunisia we're i have been . But yes can't fault the staff at all . One more thing no kettle in the room and no toasters in the dining room 😃😃😃😃

Family vacation – our first time in Tunisia, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The hotel was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Don’t be put off by the rooms – you’ll only be sleeping there. They’re cleaned daily and always tidy. The overall organization and entertainment for both adults and children were just fantastic. The animation team truly made this holiday special – they deserve a huge thank-you! There was plenty of food, with something for everyone, no matter your taste. The only inconvenience was that you can't pay by card at the hotel (although you can use a card to book massages). It's best to exchange money at the airport, as the nearest ATM or exchange office is about a 10-minute walk away – and you’ll need cash for the taxi when you check in. Despite this small issue, I highly recommend this place and we’re already planning to come back next year!

Bar and reception team friendly and helpful foods okay just needs abit more catering for English entertainment team was brilliant pickachu and maddie were very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend !

The hotel is good, reception is good had trouble with our first room but they sorted it the next day, food isn’t the best not a lot of English food, entertainment is good, pool entertainers (maddi and pickacho) were very friendly and helpful.
