Would not go back. This is probably the most racist hotel I have been to. If you are not French you get a blue wrist band if you are French you get a red wrist band. The animation team only speak to the French completely ignore the English. We are a family of 7, we got up to get our sunbeds and got moaned at by pool guy even though all the French were putting their towels down. The pool guy reserves sunbeds with T-shirts and white towels for French people or for money. The whole entertainment in the evening is in French. So no point watching if you are English as you get ignored. The breakfast is good although they make you pay for orange juice. Lunch you can normally get chips. Dinner is very questionably we didn’t enjoy it. Also the waiters save tables for people who pay them. Rooms are spacious but I noticed they put all the none French people opposite the tennis courts which means when the evening entertainment goes on super loud to midnight it echos through your room as you are facing it. The base is very loud on it. It was my daughter’s 21st birthday out there we asked at reception and restaurant if we could have a table made up of flowers and reserved for us which they agreed to. When we got there in evening the waiter pointed to a table all it had on it was a bottle of water. Ruined the evening and we ate out everytime after that.

My friend and I stayed here recently (2 girls) and we both have said it throughout the trip that the hotel was perfect! From the food to the cleanliness of the hotel to the entertainment and location we couldn’t fault it. Staff were amazing especially the animation team around the pool. We both got massages thanks to the lovely Cassandra she was brilliant. We would recommend this hotel to anyone with kids/couples or friends 100%.

We come with my husband and we spent wonderful time here. The hotel is very clean and the food is very good for Tunisian :) The staff are kind, friendly and supportive. They offer many activities as horse 🐴🐎🐴🐎 riding and camel 🐪🐫🐪🐫🐫 as well as every night different programme and show. In the hotel complex there is a spa with a very nice massage.

Travelling to the hotel I was feeling nervous as it was very run down but once inside the gated resort it was a different world. The entrance well kept and clean and rooms were kept to a good standard. The hotel is aimed at French people (the entertainment staff) which was a bit of a let down as we had no idea of what was going on.however cleaners, waiters, bar staff, life guards, reception staff all very friendly and a tip goes a long way. The staff made my daughters birthday very special which was much appreciated. The Food is the biggest let down for the hotel, very samey and cold for most of the time although pancakes were very nice. A lot of flies around the resort which was very annoying but can’t be helped I guess. But for a budget holiday it was well worth the money. I would recommend this hotel although you may want to eat out a lot.

This hotel is for guests who do not expect too much. The hotel is nice, rooms are clean, the maids are assuring all the time that everything is fine. The receptionists could smile more and should talk to the guests more, upon check out I gave them the key back and they said thank you only,no questions how we were satisfied...The restaurant is big enough with beautiful sea view, food was delicious but the same all days. If you want fruits for breakfast, sorry you will not get it and fresh orange juice is only if you pay it. And you cannot find anywhere information when the breakfast, lunch or dinner times are. The beach should be cleaner at some places but we walked the coast towards the port and there was such a rubbish everywhere, compared to our part of the beach we had the best one. The pool is great but guests get up early to "reserve" their loungers and all are occupied the whole days And the pool is closed at 6pm. Beer was good, gin tonic, cuba libre nice but wine we did not like at all and colourful cocktails are colourful water only with no straws or little decorations. The aquapark was very good, adults and children of all ages really liked it. Overall we enjoyed the holiday but the hotel should try to be better each year, small changes can do a lot sometimes.

Overall a very relaxing experience with a lot of activities especially sport wise (fitness), very high level of evening performance, incredible entertaining staff. Food was mostly delicious and healthy/balanced. It is definitively a plus to speak French and take a full access to all the facilities. Spa and hammam were also enjoyable with a very good relaxing massage. Olfa, the head of entertainment was always around to care for us with her team. Merci beaucoup. We will miss you.

The hotel on the whole is not bad. The whole complex is quite big and there are newer and older parts, anyhow, it is in a good condition. We were placed in a building just behind the reception and had a beautiful sea view. Walking to the beach takes up to 2 minutes maximum. Food is very good and quite varied. Not a fan of sea food, but saw a lot of it served during meals. When it comes to the entertainment team…well..have a feeling they are extremely picky when it comes to even saying hello to guests. The same playlist every night is very boring, but you will survive;) On the whole, we spent great time there, although it is very hard to find an who speaks English there. I’d go there and again and definitely recommend.

I had the best time at club salammbo the staff were so lovely and welcoming and the entertainment had something for the kids as well as the adults, me and my friends had so much funn. The hotel was very clean and the staff were always making sure we were having a good time especially Ali and Ayoub. Entertainment ran throughout the whole day so the kids had a lot of fun when parents wanted to relax. The food was 10/10 and The cleanliness and hygiene was amazing. We also had fun playing tennis, going to the shisha lounge and booking the spa within the hotel as well as enjoying our time on the private beach, water slides and pools. Would definetly recommend!
