Pool dirty, inside pool not working. Pool DJ plays music loud enough to burst your eardrums. It also plays music with lots of swearing in it. Rooms aged and not cleaned adequately, bar music heard three floors up and the base made our room vibrate, finished at 4:30 am. Complained and we got moved to a quieter area. The beach area was fabulous and well looked after with very helpful staff. Food was a joke but did improve slightly, reception were helpful, the whole hotel is run down and requires a major overhaul! There are much better hotels to stay at in Tunisia.

Mediocre purpose built harbour with a limited range of shops and restaurants with shop owners constantly hassling you to go inside and buy stuff even the pound shops back in the UK would be embarrassed to sell. This is my first and last time in Tunisia as the constant hassle is far worse than that in Egypt

Hotel to absolutely avoid. Dirty room, hangings unhooked, rust in the bathtub, dirty bath towels unchanged for 2 days you had to complain to get news, permanent fogging, no air extraction. Restaurant to avoid, too many people, lousy food, you have to look for plates and cutlery, no bread, dirty tables... The noise of music all day long, no way to take a nap or sleep early evening.. A nightmare

Hotel does not conform to what we saw in the photos, indoor swimming pool not filled, no entertainment the staff is Very unpleasant to believe that providing you with a service costs them their lives, not to mention the room services which are more than MEDIOCRE: sheets and towels not changed since the start of the stay floor not done. I strongly recommend this hotel

Nous avons prit la formule demi-pension L’ensemble était bien nous avons passé un agréable séjour Point fort: -l’hôtel est grand et beau - nourriture variée et pas mal franchement on a apprécié on mangeait bien - personnel a la réception accueillant surtout le jeune je connais pas son nom - femme de ménage passe chaque jour le ménage est fait mais c’est tres moyen -proche du port el kantaoui ainsi que le parc d’attraction hannibal Point faible : - piscine extérieur un peu petite - piscine intérieure non remplie - ils disposent d’une plage privée à quelques mètre avec des parasols et transats mais ya beaucoup d’algues - aucune animation - hotel bruyant , musique forte de la discothèque jusqu’à très tard la nuit Ce n’est pas l’idéal a choisir pour les familles surtout avec enfants, mais si vous êtes entre amis ou adultes sa passe
