Hotel Riviera

After spending nearly 3 hrs trying to sort issues out at the hotel with one of your reps (via text, disgraceful), not one thing was sorted out. The hotel was a total disgrace and not even worthy of 1 star let alone 4. Everything about the hotel was bad, even the animation team (90%) were taking ***** in view of holiday makers staying there. Mini bar (supposed to filled) only had water. Had to change rooms 3 times to get something not even close to what we payed for. Indoor pool closed. Food repetitive, to the point we ended up eating out 8 nights of our 12. Bar drink selection ridiculous, we had to buy our own drink from a local market. Everyone one we spoke to had very similar issues and no joy trying to contact you. My partner along with other friends we made were ill on several occasions due to bad cleanliness and conditions. Rooms were in very bad condition. Security on the gate never once approached us to ask who we are when entering the complex. Absolutely ridiculous holiday, I have never written a complaint before but the holiday has been an experience I never want to have again. Will never (if I can help it) use Love Holidays again to book an holiday.

Not sure were to start really but here goes. So just to begin I have never written a bad review in 23 years of travelling or have I tried getting a flight home. The hotel is dirty very very dated and is in desperate need of some kind of overhall. We waited absolutely hours for our room on check in day and it was filthy nothing worked we were then moved room after been told I could only use the air con with a screwdriver room 2 was abit better but then after 2 days everything in this room broke so we were moved for a 3rd time which again was a small improvement no cleaner in for the whole 14 days I had to make my beds up with sheets from reception areas all around were just d8wn right grubby cat poo around the pool and on the seats in the bar area drinks are served in cups from a kids party the food being served is luke warm and extremley repetitive. Cats everywhere including dining area were there is food on the floor All of the above was reported to staff but nobody really seemed to be bothered. There was plenty of people there with all the same complaints but I think the cherry on the cake had to be the ***** it was diabolical seeing staff members with it still under there nose when I say staff I mean bar staff and animation team (who's primary job is to entertain children) All we expected was a clean hotel with descent service but you had to tip to get it when actually you should be tipping because your getting good service Toilet rolls and fresh towels is a nightmare Don't lean on the balcony ours was rotten and falling to bits When you make a complaint the staff do not let you speak and are extremley rude. Please avoid this hotel it's dirty and run down and the staff couldn't care less.

Hotel was amazing thr food once you enter thr Hotel it's beautiful the rooms are abit dated but your never in them the staff do everything they can to make your stay feel very welcome the bar staff are amazing always serve with a smile they work soo hard for use the clearness is amazing beds are comtable the entertainment team are amazing Ryan (ramos )flash and the Boss they make do with everything they have with them never stop laughing could not fault the whole team walking around thr pool all day with activities fir thr kids and adults. Would definitely come again ❤️❤️❤️

I have been to this hotel twice now in the last three months and for the money you cannot complain in any way shape or form. It’s clean and tidy very well managed please do not listen to all the hateful reviews. The food is very limited, but you can find something to eat. The à la carte is lovely. Lovely people in atmosphere who make you feel at home.

It's my 3 time in this hotel I had really good time same staff only animation team changed but in good way they are amazing they making really great job Fares,Joe,Daizy ,Ala keep going guys I wanna thank my friends jen and Rajeh they give me nice drinks like always

Had an amazing time on our first holiday in Tunisia. The hotel was fab, had everything you need for the perfect break away. The pools were lovely and clean. The whole hotel was very clean. Restaurant had plenty of food, they replenished often and always something we liked.. All of the staff were really friendly especially Nina & Fares on the animation team. They were the BEST!! My daughter had a great time in the kids club and we even won on bingo twice! We will definitely be returning VERY SOON.. thanks everyone at Hotel Riviera x
