The reception is poor. The staff lacks courtesy. The room maintenance service is lousy. We found our room dusty, the bathrooms and the floor, as well as the windows very dirty. The second day of our stay, we went out to the town of Guelma for an errand, when we arrived we were surprised to find the room unmaintained and the cleaning not done. We were not even changed the towels, nor provided with toilet paper, soap, shampoo or bottles of water. The windows of the French window were dirty as well as the shelf above the sink. The positive points: Affordable prices All-you-can-eat breakfast Free hammam.
