The front desk staff were very nice however they gave me a room that was already occupied. He then upgraded my room at no charge for the inconvenience. Then in the new room the T.V wasn’t functioning properly so they had to come up and set it up.
So in all about an hour before I settled.
Otherwise everything was fine

One night stay on a road trip. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast hot and plenty of choice. Can’t fault anything, especially for the price

Don’t let the photos fool you. This is an old hotel with low ceilings and all the sound travel of an 80s barn. Was given a room close to the elevators…. Asked to move from there and told they would ask manager…. No one got back to us, sleepy family so we went to bed. Spent the night being woken up every time someone used the ‘vator. Old saggy and uncomfortable beds. No comforters.
Told folks in the morning of our sleep and asked for compensation and they said sorry should have told us last night. (Insert frustration and rolled eyeballs here) they just didn’t care.
For 160/nt look elsewhere.

We came down from Ottawa, didn't know the area very well. I'll tell you now, this a fantastic area. Very close to many things, like shopping, restaurants, beautiful walking area. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. We will be booking again in December!
